Super cute place. Being downtown they have zero parking unless you park on the street but that’s limited as well. The avocado toast was not the best and would recommend the sausage breakfast burrito instead. The coffee was great! But they do not have a changing table nor high chairs which is a must for me. Would be cute for a coffee date for sure.

Wonderful coffee shop. While they do have great coffee, the best part about this place is the beautiful sunny day room on the second floor with ample seating. It's a great place to go get some work done or meet up with friends. High ceilings, big windows with lots of natural light, and a but quieter than the first floor/your average coffee shop which makes it great for focusing on work. Lots of outlets available too. In terms of food: I tried one of their sandwiches one and it was decent but nothing too exciting. But the coffee, overall atmosphere, and service have always been excellent.

An awesome local coffee shop with two floors of seating, fast internet, great coffee (cappuccino) and cinnamon rolls/pastries.Very nice staff. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained.The upstairs is large and quieter than downstairs and has plenty of natural light from all of the windows.I’ll be back the next time I need a coffee.

My favorite coffee shop of all time! I love to come work on the 2nd floor because it has so much natural light from the huge windows and they have great breakfast burritos and sandwhich wraps. Sometimes I sit on the outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air. I love the lattes, both hot and cold! There are wonderful baked goods all fresh and locally sourced and it's hard to choose, but I just recently had a candy cane scone and it's currently my favorite. Sometimes there is live music and this past Sunday, I thoroughly enjoyed the voice and guitar playing of Jasper Rose. There is an area of amazing plants for sale and I get them as gift regularly, as well as a lot of local artist's paintings, etc. for sale. The couple who own the shop are lovely, and the staff is always friendly and on the ball. I love getting my coffee in a real mug with real dishes and silverware instead of paper and plastic...and once you order, you can take a seat as they will bring it out to you! I've yet to get an adult beverage, since I'm usually working, but they sound incredible and on my radar to try soon!!

Interior is well lit and spacious, excellent for studying, reading, or simply meeting with a friend. Staff is kind and humorous, always making guests feel welcome. Food is a bit pricey but as to be expected from a local cafe in Old Colorado City. Would recommend the avocado dream (shown below) and the drinks are delicious.

Food was delicious. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was lovely, good seating and prompt service for our group of 9. Friendly and gracious staff. On our second visit, it was just three of us. The food and drinks were delicious ( white tiger mocha, spicy mocha, and turkey pesto croissant) but the atmosphere is what makes this place a stand out. It is so warm and welcoming and the owner seems like a gem of a human.

We came here to fuel up for the rest of the day. The entrance is pretty nice. Almost seems like a hotel entrance. There is some seating right outside as you walk in but also plenty of seating inside as well. It looks like they have live music on some occasions although there wasn't any while we were there. We ordered a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and it also came with some chips. Everything was delicious. Nothing crazy. Just a solid sandwich and solid chips. We also had a strawberry banana smoothie and that was also very good! Not too sweet and a little tart.Service was good too. He was friendly and fast. Overall, solid place. Solid food. Solid service.

Lovely spacious coffee shop in Old Colorado City with chill atmosphere. The bagel sandwich was great!! Bagel was super fresh. Dog friendly. My only complaint is that plastic is in full force here; I did ask for a proper glass for my water and cup for my latte, which I was happily given, but plastic utensils and condiment cups appear to be common fare. I didn’t mind the paper plate as that is at least compostable by why disposable plastic is still so prevalent annoys & saddens me.

Had breakfast here on our last day of vacation. The service was great and both were so nice. Food came out hot and exactly as we ordered. They even cut the pastry in half knowing we were sharing. Wife had a breakfast bagel and I had a breakfast croissant. You could tell everything was fresh all the way to the tomato. They have a great patio area that we enjoyed as well.

5 stars all around! One of a kind environment, it’s inside a shared office space with art galleries and artists’ work spaces. Quiet and relaxing.Coffee is very good. Huge Bonus - it’s not served in half gallon mugs. So you can actually taste and enjoy it. They carry local baked scones and other little things. The service was very kind and caring.

A fascinating coffeehouse, unlike any I have ever seen. Eclectic vibe. A reasonable amount of indoor seating PLUS this odd bonus seating area thing that looks like massive stairs, creating a stadium effect where they could theoretically have a little stage production if they wanted and, until they do something like that, provides a whole bunch more available seats indoors, albeit concrete.Another unique architectural feature is their massive, windowed garage-style door, which allows them to open up a significant part of the front of the store to the passersby, and allow a day with temperate temperatures to be the vibe of the inside. One time I was there when the "wall" was open it was even raining outside, which made it even more fun to be sitting inside: getting to smell the rain and feel the moisture while sitting in complete comfort inside. And weather permitting, there's also lots of outdoor seating. The coffee is good, the pastries rock, the baristas so far have all been very nice, very professional, courteous, etc. A great location to meet up with a couple of friends, pull out a laptop for some work, or people watch.

Having visited coffee shops around the world, I’d put this one in the very well done category. Reminded me of some of the coffee shops in London.I had a cappuccino — which was of the traditional variety. Very well made. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The inside of the store was swanky and fun. I wish I had the time to hang out there more.

I went to three different cafes trying to find one that had an empty seat! I got here and, though it was busy, I was able to snag a seat. I told the barista it was my first ever visit here and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. They offered some options until I landed on a Cortada of sorts. Barista then told me it was on them since it was my first visit. Not only did I receive a free coffee but a GOOD coffee. I was able to get a coffee and study comfortably. Baristas are incredibly kind, highly recommend!

Every time I come into Loyal the vibes have been immaculate, the baristas have been friendly, and the drinks have been exactly what I wanted. Happy hour 4-7pm for cheaper teas, tea lattes, and beer/wine. I love coming here in the evenings to get work done in what feels like the ideal coffee shop environment.*Editing this review to add that my only wish for this place is that they had a slightly larger food menu so that I could get a substantial lunch here for the marathon study sessions. Other than that, Loyal is perfect 🙂

Cold brew is excellent, as is just about anything you'd want to order on the menu... a wide variety of options and even seasonal specials. Iced coffee is made/served with a large amount of big cubes, so factor that in to your order if you generally expect light ice or something along those lines.Carnivore quiche was okay, it was mostly just sausage and potato when I expected ham, bacon, etc. The crust was a big plus, flaky and buttery. Took the staff a minute to take inventory of what was left and heat one up. So be prepared to wait for a bit.Biscuits and gravy was phenomenal. The only minor thing was that the biscuit was a little harder than I would personally like, but it could just be because I ordered it around lunchtime when it's made in house (presumably earlier in the day). I'll be back to try it for breakfast. Gravy was delicious, flavor was on-point with sausage and sage with just the tiniest bite of spice.Prices very reasonable. Family continues to be a frequent guest and it looks like I will be as well.

I liked it better as a coffee shop where you ordered at the counter, rather than table service. Our table was wobbly and we had to wait a while to get the spilled coffee wiped up. Chilly in the morning due to the garage door (which is awesome in the summer for seating outside). I got the Appalachian, yum! But all the good stuff settled to the bottom, should be served with a spoon 😁
