Awesome!!
I did a lot of research on super automatic coffee machines and stumbled across this. I’m glad I did. I use it everyday sometimes 5 times a day. Only downside is I wish I knew the code to get in the engineering mode so I could possibly make it hotter than it is. If you pre warm your cup it’s not that bad. Makes a true double shot of expresso by brewing twice not just one shot with twice the volume of water. I would buy it again if something happened to this one!

Absolutely Outstanding Espresso and Coffee Maker!
The media could not be loaded.
We absolutely LOVE this Mcilpoog coffee (espresso) maker! IMO, for under $1,000 there isn’t a better unit available. The machine has been a delight, handling over 1,200 coffee drinks flawlessly in the two years we’ve owned it. The Mcilpoog, despite its ridiculous name, boasts an excellent design, ease of use, and super reliable operation. It quickly heats up and self-rinses at startup (and also during shutdown, which is a nice feature) and has a user-friendly, nice-to-look-at touch-screen.The machine’s customization options are impressive. All drink settings are adjustable, and you can even tweak them on-the-fly. The milk attachment works perfectly, and not having an internal milk reservoir is a big plus (instead, you just drop the milk line tube directly into your milk container) and makes cleanup and maintenance much easier. Mcilpoog’s tech support has been exceptional, even creating demonstration videos for my technical queries (e.g. how to clean the grinder with Grindz, although I haven’t had the need to do so yet). And the most important thing: it makes great coffee! Despite having 16 different options (if I remember correctly) it really only does five things: espresso, americano, milk-based drinks (like cappuccino and latte), hot water and hot milk. All are rendered beautifully, especially the espresso that is as good as you’ll find anywhere. My guests, including those with high-end commercial machines, have praised the espresso. There are a few areas for improvement. The machine could benefit from a confirmation step (at least as a selectable setup option) before starting a drink, as it currently begins making it immediately after selection. This quick start leaves a tiny window for adjusting the default settings (in particular, the coffee strength, since the grinder starts immediately) and if you accidentally press the wrong selection, it cannot be changed– only cancelled. Which is a bit nerve-wracking. Changing from strong to weak, for example, leaves you only a few seconds at most. Additionally, the ability to change the order of espresso, milk, and water in drinks would be nice. Lastly, smart features and firmware updating capabilities would elevate it to the level of a leading edge appliance.Bottom line: It’s a beautifully-engineered machine (with silly name) that makes fantastic coffee and has exceeded our expectations having proven to be 100% reliable during two years of daily use.Edit: 09/03/2024This coffee machine continues to operate flawlessly after dispensing over 3,200 drinks and counting. Frankly, at this point if the machine died tomorrow I would consider it to have been a good investment and would buy another to replace it. But since it hasn’t misbehaved at all, not leaking or doing anything weird, I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes for another 3,000+ drinks.EDIT: 11/27/2023I noticed several negative reviews complaining about the machine, esp the milk frothing system, not working after a while. I’ve never experienced any trouble, but that may be because I’m careful to clean it regularly. I do a manual rinse 2x after making any milk drinks. Every time. No exceptions. And then the machine does a third more thorough rinse during its normal shutdown procedure. This keeps the frother and the tube free of any dried milk, which I suppose would clog it up after a while. The reason to do this religiously is that once any milk dries inside it’s going to be very difficult to get it off. I also rinse the removable base tray and grounds collector daily; and thoroughly clean and dry the removable coffee cartridge thing weekly. I have a feeling that people having trouble aren’t treating the machine with the required care. So if you do decide to buy this machine, take my advice and clean it regularly and thoroughly. You’ll be glad you did. P.S. I added a photo of the quick rinse screen.

Nice machine

At first, I was worried that the machine would leak. I contacted the customer service staff and they told me that the product had been upgraded and the water leakage problem had been solved. So far it’s working very well, no leaks. I love the coffee it makes and will continue to share my experiences with it.

Delicious; mostly user friendly interface; lots of cool features
The media could not be loaded.
This coffee machine is super high tech, but it’s not difficult to use. Taking a quick look at the manual and following the on-screen instructions, you can make a variety of coffee beverages with different strengths. The only tricky thing was finding the password to change settings like strength, amount of water, amount of beans, etc. Anyone buying this and wanting a shortcut, the factory preset password is 123456. Just FYI! (You can change it)The full color screen is beautiful, with a great resolution and easily readable details. The milk frother is easy to use, and you can submerge the hose into a vessel of your choice with any milk or milk substitute. I used oat milk, and it worked great. (See video).Note: the default settings for beverages are made to be very strong. I like that, but my wife doesn’t as much, but rest assured you can change them in the Settings section.I took a quick video and some pictures so you have an idea of what to expect. Terrific machine!

Fabulous coffee machine
This is an amazing coffee machine, we were going through so many K-cups and decided to go bean to cup. After looking at several options we chose this one, not many reviews but there was a lot of praise in the ones posted. Don’t worry about the duplicate reviews on other websites – everything references Amazon so the reviews will be duplicates.Out of the 5 in our family 3 enjoy milk coffee drinks so we wanted one that had automatic milk additions. There just aren’t that many under $1k so I decided to give this one a try, all I can say is it is amazing, right out of the box. It was packed well and was a brand new unit (someone said they got a refurb) we followed the step by step guide and everything came right up.The user interface is great, looks refined and well thought out. There is no lag or issues to this point, very easy to go into the brew settings for each selection. There are enough selections for everyone to have the right amount of coffee/water/milk combinations without having to continually change them. All in all we are extremely happy with our decision and highly recommend this machine if you want something under $1k that will completely make alot of drinks with the touch of a button.

A Feature-Rich, Super-Automatic Espresso Machine
We really like this super-automatic espresso machine. The touchscreen user interface made it really easy to learn how to use, and it makes super tasty coffee drinks. It seems to be made pretty well too. So, to date, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this machine.I primarily use this machine to make Americanos, but I’ve also used it to make several espressos and lattes too. And after using this machine for a few weeks, my main takeaway is that this machine makes making excellent coffee drinks a breeze. In my opinion, this machine makes much better drinks than the drinks from Starbucks. However, with that said, this machine definitely isn’t the only thing you need to make good coffee drinks. You must buy good quality, fresh coffee beans too. And, to my taste buds, espresso-based coffee drinks only taste right/good if you use dark roast beans. But, of course, that’s just my opinion. But to be fair to me, I do have the best opinions. 😊If you’re looking for a super automatic espresso machine, I honestly don’t see how you can go wrong with this machine. I think you will have a pretty hard time finding a better fully automatic espresso machine in this machine’s price range. In fact, many years ago I had a $1500 Jura super automatic machine, and this espresso machine is definitely a better machine. If you have any questions about this super automatic espresso machine, please feel free to ask, and I’ll try my best to answer. I hope you found this review helpful.

Made in China. Options-O-Rama!
I really like this automatic coffee maker and all the programmable options/settings that are offered. It was extremely simple to get start brewing coffee and making coffee drinks with this machine. Once plugged in you need to make sure you hit the on/off switch in the back. The power button will then light up on the screen. You will need to press the button down for about two seconds to turn the machine on. Since this machine comes with a digital screen you are essentially walked through all start up and cleaning instructions.* Service menu and settings *The default code to get to the service menu is 123456. From there you will see a variety of options (see image). Most are self explanatory, but you can see all of the offered maintenance settings (see image) that are mostly used for cleaning and descaling. Since this is a new machine, I have yet to use any of the advanced cleaning options that require tabs or the descaling option that fall under the maintenance settings. However, based on how easy it has been to use this machine I would expect this process to be very straightforward with detailed step by step instructions provided on screen. The statistics are also a cool thing to have. It gives you a basic count of all the 16 types of drinks you have made. I am curious to know how many drink were made when descaling or tablet cleaning is required. The beverage settings are also very useful. For each of the 16 drinks you set the default water ml, coffee ml, milk ml and coffee strength. When setting the coffee strength you have 4 options (1 bean, 2 beans, 3 beans or scoop). The paper instructions note that you can make espresso using a scoop ground coffee, but it is not clear that you can use a scoop for the other types of drinks. You will only be able to adjust the ones that are used for the particular drink chosen. You can adjust the water and coffee volume in increments of 5ml, but the milk adjustments can be done in increments of 1ml. Even though you set the default volumes in the beverage settings, you are still able to made adjustments live right when you are starting to make a drink. For example, if you are making an Americano then you can increase/decrease the water while the water is being dispensed and then as soon as the coffee is starting to dispense then you can increase/decrease the coffee ml.* Making drinks *You can fill the water tank by removing it or pouring water into the small hole at the top of the tank. I always remove the tank itself because there is a handle that makes it very easy to do. There is a hole on the top of the tank cover, but the cover is easily removed if you wish to pour water directly into the tank. If there is no water in the tank then you will get an audible warning. As soon as the machine is turned on there will be an automatic brew system cleaning.Once the brew system cleaning is complete the 16 drink menu appears. As soon as you press the icon of the desired drink you want then machine will immediately start working on your drink. A 5 year old saw this machine and said “it is easy to make coffee with that, all you have to do is press a button!”As previously noted, I really like how you can make adjustments to your currently brewing drink in the moment. The only thing you must set in the beverage settings (and not while the drink is being made) is if you wish to use a scoop of ground coffee. When you set the type of drink in the beverage settings to use a scoop of grounds then you will be automatically prompted to pour a scoop into the hopped and press confirm. A plastic scooper is included and you should only use a leveled scoop because if you use too much then it will spill around the group core.Milk drinks are also very easy to make. Once the frother piece and tube is connected you just place the tube into a cup of your favorite milk and press your desired drink. Extremely easy. One thing to note is that the milk used for milk drinks comes out hot and thus it will not cool your coffee. I have considered using a watered down creamer to replace the milk, but I am afraid the sugar could cause a problem.* Emptying the used coffee grounds / water from the base and the automatic cleaning of the milk frother / brewing system *You can slide the base out from the bottom by pulling it forward. This is how you will empty the used coffee grounds and pour out the water that is collected. I always keep a cup under dispenser to catch the water that is used when cleaning. Even with a cup catching the water from the brew system cleanings water will still accumulate at the base. There is a red buoy that will start to float above the silver grates to let you know the water level is getting high. You must keep an eye on this buoy because there is no audible warning. However, if you keep a cup to catch the brew system cleaning water then you will get the alert to empty the used coffee grounds before the water level gets too high. The system will automatically trigger a basic cleaning when turned on and right before it turns off. You can set the standby time on how long you wish the machine to stay on before it automatically starts a cleaning and then turns off after no usage. The brew system cleanings dispense approximately 35 ml water. If you made any milk drinks during the most recent session then you will be prompted to clean the milk steamer. You will need to insert the tube into clean water that will be used to run through the milk frother to clean the inside of the tube and frother system. This type of cleaning will dispense approximately 100ml of water. Please note that both cleaning types produce hot water and steam and you should always be careful. You can manually choose to run through either of these cleaning processes. Whenever I make any milk drinks then I will typically double the milk frother cleanings. If you never make milk drinks then you can remove the milk frother attachment.I wish they included additional tubing for the milk frother. This would be a cheap add by the manufacturer, but a high value add to the customer. The instructions are in English, but you can tell they are written by someone who speaks English as a second language. However, it is not all that bad. I have definitely seen a lot worse. Overall, I think with the paper instructions, on screen instructions and basic common sense are more than enough to get you through.Overall, great machine and great coffee. This machine is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 700 bucks. . .It’s quite overpriced.

So far so good!
I have been thinking about buying a super all-in-one coffee maker for a whileand finally bought this one a couple of weeks ago. I’m very happy with my decision so far. This machine delivers great coffee. You can easily customize it to your preferences. It cantake both beans and coffee grinds. However, using coffee grinds requiressome pre-settings and can only take 1-cup at a time. Therefore, I strongly suggest usebeans instead of grinds. Also, freshly ground coffee gives you much better taste.

Terrific machine
I don’t understand some of these other reviews. This machine is amazing. It is loud but not any louder than any other espresso machine. And when you set the water temperature to “high”, the coffee is piping hot and perfect. It takes some trial and error to get the ratios you want for the flavor and strength you want but once done, the coffee is perfect. I absolutely love this machine and it’s worth every penny.

Nice machine
In the past few years, I have bought several fully automatic coffee machines. But it’s far less good than this one! The touch screen is beautiful and has the same features, but it is much cheaper, has more coffee options, and looks elegant on the counter. Many of his settings can be customized. The amount of coffee, coffee beans, water, milk. You can arbitrarily set the coffee you want.It can be automatically cleaned, which is great. It can be guaranteed that every cup of coffee we drink is clean and hygienic.

Great Machine!!!!
To start off I’m not a coffee snob. This machine worked well right out of the box. We pretty much only drink lattes. I was able to go into the drink settings ad change the size of latte permanently to fill my large tumbler. I love only having to clean it out every other day or so. The only downside is that the machine cleans itself both when turning it off and when you turn it on. I wish I could change the setting to not clean itself when I turn it on. I love the milk hose!m I can just drop it into my gallon of milk and not dirty another container. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone.

First time espresso machine owner..
I have been wanting to have an at home option for delicious coffee drinks, to help ease the cost of picking up coffee from a local store. There wasn’t a lot of reviews or tutorials available when I got this so I did have to do a lot of research. And with in a few tries I had a pretty good grasp on the machine.Pros–Super easy to clean. Taking the machine all the way apart is super slick. The machine automatically cleans upon it being turned on and before it shuts off after stand by.-The drinks are delicious, using good beans is key to any espresso drink but this machine pumps out great quality of ground beans in a minute.-The milk frother works great. It has two options, foam or no foam with is nice. I will say not all creamers will froth as expected but basic creamer turns out fantastic on this machine.-Easy to adjust amounts. There is a service menu and the code is easy (not sure why you need a code..) 123456. You can change the amounts of coffee and water which makes it very personalized.-The size of the machine is fairly compact, it fit under our short cabinets.-lots of drink options. I mainly use the same kinds of drinks but there is something for everyone with the touch of a button-touchscreen is fantastic. Very clear and easy to see and works great.Cons–It can be a little loud.. it is grinding beans but it could definitely wake someone else up. The start up clean makes a little noise too but nothing to bad.-When you push a button to make the drink…it starts Immediately. It says you can change the volume once you start making the drink but I was rarely successful at getting it changed in time. So the service menu changes are necessary.-not really a con…but always have a cup under the frother and spout. The cleaning process can shoot a lot of water out, the tray will pick it up but its easier to clean this way.-It beeps very loudly and continuously when something is running low. When the water is low you will definitely know it!All in all this machine is great. We are happy with it and it saves us money. Once we got it all figured out and how to maintain it well its very slick and easy to use. I recommend this machine!

This is life changing!
I replaced my old drip coffee maker with this after lots of research. I’ve had this for about a week now and can’t see going back. – the flavor and quality is so much better. This unit for the price is unmatched – lots of drink variety, seems well made, holds almost a full bag of beans, have to empty the tray and used grounds about every other day. The screen is very high quality and easy to use. The unit self cleaning does a really good job on both the coffee and milk parts. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with some sort of milk container.

Get it.
I’ve been using this nearly every day since I got it. The ability to customize drinks on the fly is exceptional, and so far it has consistently provided a quality cup for me. Excellent crema, fantastic flat whites, even does a pretty decent job with tea lattes.I believe that the one that I got was returned, as it had statistics on it already and needed to have the milk tube cleaned. I can’t figure out why it was returned, and I can’t figure out how it wasn’t spotless. For an espresso machine, it’s very quiet. Maintenance is a breeze. If you want my advice for lowering the amount of times that you have to clean out the water tray? Dedicate a mug to catching the water when you clean the milk steamer and the espresso dispensers. I only have to clean it out when the pucks fill up their tray, and cleaning only takes a few minutes at most if you want to be thorough. Honestly, the longest part is taking the pucks to the trash can.It automatically shuts off and runs a clean cycle if you leave it idle too long. Its footprint is entirely reasonable. It’s very easy to get the hang of after two drinks. It’s possibly the easiest espresso machine to clean. I reckon that at my pace, it will pay for itself well before the year is done. I’ve used cheap espresso makers and commercial grade ones, and while this does fall short of the highest end ones that weigh a ton and make hundreds of cups of espresso in an hour, for the average user it will easily beat waiting in line for a latte. So if you’re hesitating? Get it. I suggest a mug to catch water with to lower the amount of times that you need to empty the water tray, and a dedicated glass of water to stick the milk tube in when you’re not making drinks. Run the milk steamer clean cycle after every use (easy if you have that dedicated glass). This thing is seriously, without a doubt, awesome. An absolute necessity if you work from home and/or work long hours.EDIT: This is a follow-up written at the end of March, a little over a month after the review. In addition to exceeding my expectations, I have done a proper maintenance clean on it which did not take very long. I recommend scrubbing the tray with soap and water. I can also confirm that if you make iced lattes with espresso pulled from this machine, it will blow iced lattes from your typical chain coffee shops out of the water. The crema remains very thick. By my calculations, at my current rate of consumption it will pay for itself by May. Seriously, well worth it. I use it for tea lattes, iced lattes, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, ramen, hot cocoa, and coffee. The utility is excellent.EDIT 2: I ran into my first “issue”, so I decided to swing by here to let everyone know the solution in case you run into it. I got some VERY oily dark roast beans, far oilier than my usual selection. To my surprise after a few cups, it said “add beans”. It clearly did not need more. I shut it off completely, turned it on, same error. I tried filling it completely. Same error. The solution was to take a coffee stirrer and prod around to move the beans. I’m guessing that since they’re so oily it’s a bit of a challenge for the hopper to detect the beans. If you run into this error, try stirring the beans around (all the way down at the bottom, so I recommend a coffee stirrer or straw) to see if it fixes it.Some of the pieces are creaking a little from all of the use, so I’m sure if I lubricated some of the joints it’d sound better. By now, it absolutely has paid for itself so I’m happy with it. I can’t imagine going back to not having this.

Cant imagine getting a better unit.
Okay, im an average human being. I have never had a fully super automatic espresso machine and wanted to enjoy my mornings without taking 5+ mins to manually make espresso and babysit it till complete. I didnt want to clean a milk frother wand either! (This shoots it out). This machine solved all my problems. I searched amazon and read reviews, weighed the pros and cons of almost every machine. For the money, you will not find one better. I have had this for 2 weeks now used it more times than I wanted to and had not had a single issue. The bad reviews are inevitable, don’t make sense, and can pretty much tell the intelligence level of the person just by reading the review.

Very good machine, truly easy to use
Love this machine, great value for the money compared to alternatives! If there was only one thing I would change it would be to not start making the beverage instantly after pressing the button, but rather let you change settings / confirm so you can pick between bypass (decaf) and bean hopper. Other than that, this is a great machine! Cleans itself well, good frothing settings (my wife hates foam, I like it – so we can pick). One of the things I was worried about was whether it would grind well and extract espresso fully. You can usually tell by the bean “pucks”. They should be dry, and not fall apart. Wet pucks mean a lot of things, like poor grind quality, not enough packing, low temperature, etc. This machine produces solid dry pucks which is what you want to see. No water in the bean discard container. Good water capacity, good drip tray capacity. Great machine overall. This is one example where you may want to look into a brand that isn’t Italian or US-made. This is clearly a 2nd or 3rd iteration of this product, and the manufacturer cares about the quality. I asked the seller a question prior to buying and received a video response same day. This is a well engineered and feature rich product, so I would highly recommend it!

This machine is exactly what we needed for our small office. Everyone loves the coffee and it comes with so many ways to customize your coffee to everyone preferences. Malfunction (Correcting the issue)
Update to the review so far- Mcilpoog is sending us a new machine. They have been communicating via email and have confirmed delivery. With their responsiveness and willingness to remedy the problem, I am changing from 1 to 5 stars (assuming the new machine works). I will update again after receiving the new machine. For the price it should have lasted longer than 16 months. Complete failure! No support (even with VIP Warranty)

Makes a great cup of coffee
When I got this I didnt know what to expect. I do have to say that this is great. Press the button and your coffee is made for you. The bean hopper will hold about a 12oz bag of roasted whole coffee beans. The water tank will hold 64oz of water. When making the coffee you can adjust the strength of the espresso that is made, the volume of espresso, and how much heated milk or frothed milk. I’ve made every type of coffee and utilized every setting to come up with the perfect latte. The best part was drinking all of my mistakes until it came out just right. Cleaning of this unit is great! It’s super easy to clean. All of the parts slide out in one tray. The grounds go into an old container and get dumped into my compost bin.

GREAT Espresso Super-Automatic Machine !!! I bought 2 of them.
Update:Jan 02, 2024Their customer service is the BEST !The brewer unit was having a problem.I informed them and sent a photo. They took quick action to replace it.This Super-Automatic still rocks making DELICIOUS coffee drinks.Original Review:This WS-203 makes GREAT TASTING Espresso coffee drinks! And Simple to use!The crema is Good! The milk COMES OUT frothy and hot. You could even adjust the froth by turning the knob. You customize your coffee drinks to your liking in the beverage setting or while the drink is being made, and there is a Nifty light that shines onto your cup showing off your DELICIOUS coffee drink. But the best part is the EASE of cleaning. There are not many parts to remove like in other brands. The machine even prompts you to rinse or clean as needed. This is ALL part of maintenance.Another PLUS is that the machine automatically primes the brewer unit by rinsing Hot water through it upon starting to give a Hot cup each time. When turning off, it rinses the espresso outlet to keep clean. A very nice touch. The drink volume is always consistent not like some other machines.I bought 2 of them! You have All the normal choices Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappucino, Regular coffee plus Flat white, Cafe au Lait, etc. This is MUCH BETTER than the manual espresso machines. My family and I are so GLAD we found this Brand!!!You will ENJOY your coffee drinks MORE!

You’re going to have a great cup of coffee every single time it’s very easy to clean it and I definitely recommend you keep up with cleaning schedule the only drawback that I would like to see a resolution for would be to have availability to add a water supply line other than that he will not be sorry with this

Love the coffee!
I have been using the machine daily and have not had any issues with it. I love the taste and how easy it is to use. I also love that it automatically shuts off after awhile.

Saves time and great look
Got this machine recently and really love it. It’s so convenient to make Expresso/Cappuccinotype coffees at home. Enough choices for everyone in the family. Though the machine can take both coffeebeans and powders, it’s best to use beans instead of powders. Because it’s easier to maitain andthe taste is much better and fresher with beans.

JURA CUSTOMER UNTIL…
The instructions are comical English translation of Chinese. There is water that goes into the drip tray but nothing compared to the Jura Floods of the countertops. For half the price of the Jura we were looking at, so far so good. The customized preferences are really user friendly. There is no filter because the machine lists that distilled water should be used which after buying this tap water will be just fine. We had two Juras and we tried the 300 grind your own beans from Kohls and could not go back. Our last Jura was dying of old age so we have been on the look. The Philips caught my eye though we did not want a coffee maker made by the company that made our TV vcr combo units. We rolled the dice and it has gone well

We have had many coffee makers. This is the best one so far!
We mush have gone through over twenty coffee makers and expresso machines in our family. I didn’t even know about Mcilpoog fully automatic coffee maker until I saw it on Amazon. I am glade that I decided to give it a try. The coffee maker came very well-packaged. Although the setup was easy, but I recommend that you read the instruction carefully before you start. I was not sure where to put the coffee beans at first, but I figured out it goes into the rectangular hoper in the compartment near the back side of the coffee machine. I was impressed with how easy it is to make a few cups of various coffee. One you filed the water tank and load the hoper with your favorite coffee beans, you are ready to make many cups of coffees at the touch of a button. I even made a cup of hot chocolate for my younger daughter, which is super easy to do even right after making a cup of coffee. The coffee seems to have a better taste than the others we had. It may have something to do with the freshly ground beans. One thing that I notice is unlike the expresso machine we have had, the milk frother on this one does not shoot hot steam into the milk. It sucks the milk straight out of the bottle and dispense the froth into the coffee directly. That make is so easy to make different types of coffee, but the down side is the coffee may not come out as hot as you would like if you use a lot of milk of froth. As a matter of fact, the hot chocolate with a lot of froth comes out cool enough to drink immediately. When you power off the coffee maker, it goes though a self cleaning cycle before shutting off. You still have to wipe down the exterior. To remove the ground waste, you much remove the frother first before pulling the lower front cover off. We usually empty the waste every other day. Anyway, we have been using this coffee machine for two months, multiple times a day. We are very happy with it.

Simple to use and easy to clean
I am very pleased with the Mcilpood WS-203. It has a very nice simple to use intuitive interface with many drink selections. You also have the option to customize each of the available drinks. Very easy to clean. I love it, great product.

Awesome machine. Easy to set up/use. This makes having “fancy” coffee at home so much easier. Think of all the $ you’ll save when you stop going to Starbucks because you have this in your kitchen.

Amazing machine and amazing service!
I have a couple of these machines…..because I cannot live without the coffee it produces. Ran into a recent issue with one of them. Worked with the service department and in a short time….it was resolved. The best part…..was the day I could put that Keurig machine away that I had been using as replacement while the troubleshooting was going on :)!!! There is NO comparison. This machine is by far the best!!

Look No Further!!!
I have purchased 2 of these types of machines within the last 6 monthsFirst one worked great until the milk tube no longer sucked up the milk. After getting a refund, and giving it to a friend, they determined all it needed was to be descaled.Second one, the milk frother never would work. Returned that one and bought this particular one. This by far is better than those! The icons are not generic looking, it’s much cheaper, has so many more coffee options and looks classy on the counter. At first it would shut off after sitting unused for half hour, but after reading the manual I saw you can change it to not do that. I set mine to not go to sleep because it was a pain to wait for it to restart again. If you’re Wondering what code to put it, it’s 123456 to change all settings. You can also change the settings of the drinks while it’s making the coffee, but you have to wait until it’s on that particular step before it let’s you change any of the amounts going into the cup.I personally like the clear glass coffee cups so I can see my coffee. Makes you feel like you’re at a quaint cute coffee shop in Paris.Again, CAN’T BEAT THIS PRICE!!!

As Mary Poppins would say, this machine is “Perfectly Splendid”!
Oh. My Goodness. Where have you been all my life, little machine?Look, I’m no stranger to quality coffee. And I’ve used super automatic machines before. In fact, I’ve had my trusty Saeco Incanto for years. But sorry, Incanto, you just don’t quite measure up any more. And here’s why:1. With the Incanto, I had to navigate through several buttons and low tech screens to get the beverage settings right for a latte, macchiato, etc. With the Mcilpoog, one touch of the desired drink icon on the full color display, and my drink is on the way.2. With the Incanto, I had to wash out the steamed milk carafe, and it’s detachable tube, every time. In contrast, the Mcilpoog has a self-cleaning steamer tube that sucks up the milk from any carafe or container. Heck, you can even just drop the tube into a carton of milk. It’s that easy.3. With the Incanto, the water filter had to be changed every three months. No filter on the Mcilpoog. We just used filtered water from sink or fridge dispenser.4. This Mcilpoog is MUCH easier to clean. The steamer spout detachers, the drip tray is nice and deep, and the machine itself does much to clean itself.5. There are many more customizable settings for beverages on the Mcilpoog. Like a stronger Americano? Stronger bean flavor? More milk in your cappucino? More foam on your latte? No problem. This machine does it all.In short, I’m in love with this thing. It’s just so effortless to use, and the results are nothing less than delicious.Update: after a few years, the machine broke down and I contacted the company. Customer service helped me diagnose the problem, then sent me a new grinder and video installation instructions. Now, it works again, and I’m a still satisfied customer!!

Delicious Cups in Bunches….
This machine has your first cup ready and minutes and your second cup in like 40 seconds. The grinding is top quality that is so important for extracting the best flavors. In the past i have struggled to make a top notch cappuccino. But, not with this machine. The HD touch panel makes each selection so easy. The frother makes each cup extra creamy.I have been very impressed with this machine and have used it now for over 3 months. It works flawlessly every time. It is very helpful when serving more people. No bitter taste and powerful pump.Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

Mcilpoog WS-203 – Fantastic upgrade!
I’ve previously owned the Mcilpoog WS-201, which my family adored. The coffee was great, fresh ground beans were great, cleanup and care was simple. The only downside was the machine seemed prone to some faults. For Christmas, I got the Mcilpoog WS-203, which comes with a full color display and 16 drink options, to replace the 201. While it cost a bit more, the machine itself seems to better than the 201 in a lot of ways.I do miss the built in frother of the 201 over the plastic straw frother on the 203, but the new mechanism is important to make a variety of different style of drinks. While we havent tried every option yet, its quite simple to use (just make sure to keep it clean!! I can see mold buildup being a problem if you ignore cleaning the clear straw).Overall, the 203 seems like a huge step up from the 201, even if they share the same basic appearance. The touch screen with pictures is awesome and the coffee is as amazing as ever.If you want an all-in-one machine that will grind and brew you one of several types of coffee, this is it!!

This thing rules.Had a Delonghi at home and a Jura at the office. Both pretty high end. Mr Mcilpoog destroys both of them.Mack-l-poog? M-sill-pug? Mclpg? Not really sure, but I love this machine. It doesn’t mess around. Open the tray? It asks if you emptied it. Run out of water mid-coffee? IT CONTINUES FROM WHERE IT LEFT OFF! Both the Jura and Delonghi just give up and make you start again after you’ve filled it. Turning it off? It asks if you want to clean the milk frother. You can say ‘no’ AND IT DOESN’T MAKE A FUSS OR MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU’RE A HORRIBLE OWNER.I always like to include some negatives in a review. I can’t find a ‘wake up at this time’ option. Only a minor issue. That is all.The ‘Latte’ on the Delonghi vs the Jura are very different. Discovered one is a Cafe Latte and one is a Latte Machiato. Mr Mc-poogle does both. Go pay $1400+ for one of the other brands and you MIGHT be honored with a latte (one or the other). This machine was $619 (there was a voucher) and has all of the different coffees. The quality of the coffee is brilliant. The crema is great. Watching it after its been poured is mesmerising. And the range of froth you get in milk drinks absolutely kills the other machines I’ve used. It can make unsweetened almond milk both creamy and frothy. Which defies science. After un-learning the cleaning rituals of the other brands you realise the cleaning of this machine is a breeze. I leave it on all day and make sure to do the ‘quick milk rinse’ after each milk coffee (which does NOT require a cup full of water). Then at the end of the day turn it off (it does it’s coffee cleaning routine) and answer ‘yes’ to the ‘do you want to clean the milk frother?’ question (now you stick the tube in a glass of water). All the other brands have their own ‘special’ cleaning tablets, powders, liquids, etc. Mack? Nope. Head to officeworks, get their cheap generic descaler and cleaner – sorted.I’ve had this for over a month now. It’s made me and my family a tonne of coffees and it hasn’t missed a beat. It looks good on the counter. It’s quieter than the Delonghi we had (maybe not quite as quiet as the Jura at the office when grinding, but the milk frothing is quieter). It makes far superior coffee than any machine (and quite a few baristas to be honest) I’ve used before. No nonsense. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Sexy as hell. Amazing coffee. Get one before everyone realises how great they are and the price shoots up.

Fancy yet user friendly!
This espresso machine is not like the others— it’s easy to use features make drinking delicious coffee SO easy and unintimidating. I’ve been an avid coffee drinker my whole life but always bought coffee from a vendor because I was too afraid to use a fancy espresso machine. Let me tell you, yes, this machine IS fancy, but it is also extremely easy to get the hang of.The touch screen is so sleek and it’s great to see pictures of the espresso that I’m about to make before I select a certain option (not all coffee connoisseurs know what they’re doing behind the scenes!).Most espresso machines are super bulky but this one fits nicely on my counter. It’s monotone design also fits nicely with my kitchen and I think it would look good in anyone’s kitchen no matter the style.I have been loving experimenting with the 16 different types of espresso I can brew. I truly didn’t know there were so many options! Look no further for your new espresso machine!

Amazing Machine
Picked the black model up for a steal on black Friday. This machine does everything – grinds the beans, froths the milk, and it’s super customizable. Took a bit of trial and error on setup to get all the drink sizes correct with my cups, but once it’s set you just press the button and the coffee is perfect every time.

Over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good home use Coffee machine. I was truly disappointed over all.By chance I came across this Coffee Machine on Amazon Au, it took awhile for me to bite the bullet and buy it. I’m really glad I did.I love a good coffee and this doesn’t disappoint. The cost of this machine is really good. I haven’t got to try all of the coffees yet.I even purchased clear coffee mugs and cups so you can see your coffee layering after pouring.Needless to say I am very happy with my Machine so far. It’s fully automatic which is a total bonus for me.I am very impressed. The ease of cleaning is great too.I did do a check over the Internet of all the reviews.Enjoy.

I love this coffee machine so much
When you get old, you have to be kind to yourself! My wife and I drink coffee every day, and it used to be simple brewed coffee. A friend introduced this coffee machine and hesitated for a while: the price is much more expensive than ordinary coffee pots. But still bought it! Now I am very happy that the strong smell of coffee is floating in my home every day. Not only can I constantly change cappuccino, mocha, latte, and Americano to taste, but I can also gather several favorite flavors in a cup. !enjoy! great! !You should try it too! ! !

Great Machine, getting use to filling the water daily.
The media could not be loaded.
The machine is great, all the types and functions are amazing. However I feel like the water tank could be bigger or have a water inlet in the rear. My wife and I drink a cup to 2 a day. That’s 4 cups. The machine does a good job of cleaning itself but that’s why you always have to clean the tray and the fill the machine. I will not that it is important to maintain the machine. Over it makes a fantastic cup of coffee!

LOVE this machine
I have tried a lot of coffee machines, some big names of course – I use them everyday and everywhere. It can be very annoying when they blocked up and get very dirty and smelly after a short period of use. This one, after nearly 2 month test, is a surprise. It is well designed. Super easy to clean – all I need is I a fine brush and a cleaning pad, with running water.I have to mention that it makes perfectly layered cappuccino. The milk container on the outside of the machine is a plus! Simply insert the milk tube and it is ready.Recommend this machine! Worth your invest.

I really love this machine
I really love this super automatic coffee machine. It arrived fully assembled, other than I only had to push the milk foam dispenser onto the front, which took about 5 seconds. The instruction booklet is illustrated, clear and concise, and only takes a few minutes to learn all about the machine components, how to use it, and how to take it apart for cleaning when needed. It has doors and slide out parts for fast and easy access to the water tank, coffee grinder, and brewing unit. The main on/off switch is on the back. Once this is turned on, a lighted on/off switch lights up on the front touch screen panel. This lighted switch requires firm finger pressure, then the LED panel is just light touch.Once I turn this on, the machine automatically rinses and gets ready to start a brewing cycle. It senses if there are no coffee beans in the grinder unit and waits for me to add them. In the settings I can adjust the coffee temperature, where I changed it from medium to hot. Then all I have to do is put my cup under the spout and select espresso, and this quickly and easily brews me a cup. It also gives me the option to customize the espresso strength and volume at the time of brewing, so I can change the settings for consecutive coffee drinks if I’m brewing for more than one person. Once the machine is on, it prepares a coffee drink very quickly, and it is ready to go for another drink as soon as it is finished with the first one.For milk foam drinks, I can instantly adjust the foam froth with a turn of a dial on the foaming unit, and it works perfectly. I can also adjust the volume from the touch screen at the time of brewing if I want to. The unit has tubing that goes in a cup where I pour milk, half and half, almond milk, or whatever I want. No messy milk tanks to deal with, I really appreciate this feature. I can even put the tubing in the milk carton if I want to.Once I’m finished and turn the front on/off switch to the off position, it repeats a cleaning cycle and also rinses the milk unit. Then I just pull the milk unit out, pull out the front of the unit, and the coffee puck of used grounds is right there in a tray for me to empty. The time to pull out the front, empty the puck, rinse it, and put it back in was less than a minute.Overall, this is a fantastic item, easy to use, fast, and does everything I want for delicious coffee drinks. The quality of these drinks is easily as good as those that I used to occasionally buy at work, and with this, I get these coffee drinks at home when I first get up in the morning and I save money.

Real Review from a real purchase
Over a year update – this machine is still churning out the same shots of espresso as day one. More than paid for itself in less than a year, this has been a great purchase.I have used an assortment of beans and pre-ground decaf with zero issues. I use this machine over 5 times a day plus with no signs of issues. Regularly go through cleaning cycles. I e even threw parts in the dishwasher with no issues – but only top rack.8 month update – still no issues – producing great drinks. Best investment for making espresso – and glad I replaced this with my older Phillips. Paid for itself in less than a year and more.I use Lavazza beans – and I switch back and forth between their Super Crema and Espresso Italia – the Espresso Italia runs about 11.99 for a two pound bag – and the Super Crema is about 20.00 here on Amazon. Also, try the Mcilpoog beans as well – while I didn’t personally like the roast, they all made a good cup of coffee.Don’t use cheap beans.6 Month Update – Still going strong, great purchase! Will update after more use for longevity quality*I’m extremely impressed by this machine. Expectations were a little low for the features at the price, but I have to say this so far is a hidden gem. I made several different drinks, and am toying with the machine to get my presences set right.Pros:-Perfect pulled espresso-Adjustable strength of coffee flavor- Great froth- Americano / Coffee taste greatCons:-Temperature of Milk-Based Drinks depending on preference (i.e., your cappuccino may not be hot enough for your preference-water tank is smaller-loud – but should be expected from an automatic coffee / espresso maker-drink preference is saved from last drink, so you will need to change it each time if making it for someone else.So far, I have made about 10 of the 16 available drink options – some I will never likely use (I.e., coffee pot). All of them have turned out better than barista mill (ie Pete’s, Starbucks) stores, each time. The Cappuccino wasn’t as hot as I would want it – but came out perfect otherwise. I don’t like scolding hot milk, but I felt personally it was a little cool. I am pulling milk straight out the fridge, so letting it sit at room temperature for a little bit can probably fix that. For $750.00, this machine will pay for itself. I don’t drink ice lattes, but they would turn out better most likely for sure. It’s big, which I knew it would be. Lots of plastic parts, which is why I will update for longevity. Well built – this performs as well as any other expensive automatic coffee maker. It cleans a lot – you will need a mug or will need to clean the drip pan often.Easy to clean – but some may find it a pain.I wish there was an app for phone connectivity instead of using the machine’s internal settings. The OS layout is fine, but the process to change drink settings seems like a chore if you intend on making drinks at different preferences. This is better than previous nespressos or Phillips Machines I have used, with more functionality. The frothing tube – make sure you clean it after use. I use their quick clean setting and a cup of hot water – no issues.I think you will find this worth your investment. If you like high quality coffee, and wish to make it in the comfort of your home, this machine is for you.

Foamer worked with less foam in 1 month, then stopped in 3 months. Sent emails and called – no response from the company, despite registering the unit on their website.Update : the seller reached out to me-and sent me a new foamer to replace the one that is with the unit. I wasn’t expecting it to work but it did. Now, i am back to creating amazing coffee every morning with the perfect amount of foam that i liked. I am impressed by how much the seller value their product and the quality of service thy provide. For a quick turn around and a working foamer again, i am revising my review to 4-5 stars. You brought my confidence towards your product.

Forget deLonghi and Philips…this is IT!!!
We originally purchased a Phillips 3200 and we were extremely disappointed and returned it. After reading the limited reviews of the Mcilpoog machine and interacting several times with the seller, I figured it was worth a try, especially because it was returnable. The verdict: absolutely wonderful. It is, by far, the most automatic of all of the machines, and it allows virtually limitless customization (strength, quantity, ratio of water to coffee, etc) and it’s all done with a touchscreen. We’re still tinkering with some of the settings, and one of the nice features is that once you have found your ideal setting for any of the 16 drink options, it remembers them and all you have to do is touch the screen to get your beverage.Highly recommend, even if you’ve never heard of Mcilpoog!!!!

Good coffee maker with the right amount of crema
Got the machine last week. The coffee tastes fantastic and produces the perfect crema! The machine works best with coffee beans and it’s pretty straightforward to operate. However, it takes a while for me to set up the machine for coffe powder. The instructions in the manual about how to use coffee powder are a little confusing. Eventually, I did figure it out. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the machine.

Great customer service.
Update : they are working with me to get it repaired or sent a replacement. I really do enjoy the cups of coffee this machine makes. When we first got it, I loved the options and flavor. We have had it since Aug. 22. We did run into an issue with water reservoir sensor being bad during shipping. They did replace it very quickly. We make an average of 3-5 Cups a day use. As of two weeks (Feb. 2023) The coffee grinder is now not working / grinding whole beans. I haven’t heard from Customer service to fix this issue. I would love to give 4-5 stars on this coffee maker, however I still have not heard back from customer service.

Excellent value super automatic
This has seen medium duty in an office of 8 coffee drinkers, and then in my home. For the money, it’s a great machine with excellent features that a few years ago were unheard of at this price. It’s a little big for a home kitchen, but hey if you have the counter space and love espresso drinks, I guess go for it.Likes:- It makes great espresso, really seriously very good shots.- It’s super easy to use, so once it’s turned on even the most hamfisted person can make themselves a drink without needing a tutorial.- It’s held up well, and everything still works great.- Relatively easy cleaning experience. The machine makes you run cleaning cycles, so you can’t neglect it and then have a gross machine to be mad about.- Great price for features list.Meh:- Foam adjustment doesn’t do much, and it doesn’t make really light foam. Some cappuccino fans may complain. It doesn’t bother me, my lattes are good.- Very annoying beeping when it needs water, sheesh quiet down I’m getting it. I”M GETTING IT.- Clean cycle will run automatically, so you have to remember to put a cup under to catch it.- When the drip tray fills up it’s hard to empty it without spilling. My solution is to never let it run into the drip tray.

Simply The Best
I have tested out several Espresso machines and all had one short coming or another but this machine is just amazing. It is easy to set up and even easier to use.All drinks we have made in it have come out perfect. The touch screen is nice and responsive and the machine itself has a nice look to it. I can not find One thing to complain about. There are a lot of espresso machines out there and it is a hit or miss but this machine is a good one you can feel confident about. 5 STARS

Amazing espresso machine for any home or office, with even novice abilities.
I got my wife a manual espresso machine and watched her make me a Caramel Macchiato. After about 15 minutes, it was ready. When I saw the Mcilpoog WS-203, I figured this may make things easier. Boy, was I right! The Mcilpoog WS-203 self cleans, takes seconds to turn on and heat up, grinds, steams and allows you to select your drink, put your cup down and walk away — you arrive to a nice cup of whatever. It’s easy to empty and run a cleaning cycle. As well, for the coffee/espresso perfectionists, you can even select just Espresso or just Milk Foam and manually make any drink not on the menu. It really is a dream. My only issue with the Mcilpoog WS-203 is the milk frother didn’t come with any milk cups. It’s an external design where you move the hose into the milk, water to clean and then into soy or almond milk. This design makes things easy to use, clean and swap. I love it. But, we needed to get the metal cups with handles for this and at over $20 a pop, this can add up. Adding a couple/few would really have bumped the value. The Mcilpoog WS-203 is almost always on sale, from what I’ve observed. Not on sale, it can beat even machines over $1000. Yet on sale, this is a must for any coffee/espresso enthusiast. I love it!

My favorite coffeemaker
I love coffee so much that I literally redesigned most of my downstairs because I needed room for all my coffeemakers. I’ve got at least a dozen different types of coffeemakers and have experimented with more. This is my favorite one.It lives at my office, but on long weekends, I bring it home so I can enjoy coffee there. The quality is just that phenomenal. It does a great crema, and has an intensely thick foam for cappuccinos, which I love.Downsides, so you’re aware going in… it doesn’t seem to work well with preground coffee. It just seemed to clog up the machine. It takes a long time to heat, and you need to really stay on top of cleaning the milk foam mechanism. And the cup warmer isn’t quite big enough for the massive cups I use, so I haven’t really been able to play with that. And the setup takes a bit.Upsides: it’s all really accessible. When the preground coffee jammed it up, I popped open the side and everything sort of slides out to be cleaned. The grounds are nearly kept and the bin able to be dumped easily. And the taste is so phenomenal and there’s so many choices for coffee drinks. Previously, I wouldn’t do many cappuccinos because it was too much of a process for my liking. But now, I might grab one with a click of a button or decide to go for a crema coffee instead. It simplifies complicated coffee drinks.Overall, the taste can’t be beat, and the biggest downside is standing and waiting for it to heat and clean. This is still way faster and tastier than waiting in a Starbucks line, so it’s easily worth it to me. If you’re used to a Keurig, it’s not quite as fast, but it’s got that level of convenience with much greater customization.I was nervous about buying this one vs a name brand coffee machine manufacturer. I’m glad I purchased it. I am literally thinking about getting a second one for my house because I enjoy it that much.
