Great product
The glass part is great because you can see when the coffee is done. I like it much more than the traditional metal pots.

Excellent
I am Italian and used to this kind of coffee maker. This one is of very good quality with a pretty hard glass top part. In Italy this size is referred as a 6 cups, however, their “cup” is about 2oz. For myself, I fill the bottom part with water up to half of the safety valve circle (the nut on the outside) and only use 1 standard coffee maker scoop which gives me one mug (8-9 oz) of devious coffee.

Great build quality Italian style stovetop coffee machine
The media could not be loaded.
I like that it’s stainless steel and contemporary rather than a classic design. The top seems to be made from a high quality glass. One thing to keep in mind that these are really espresso cup sizes and not American coffee cup sizes. It makes great one or two small cup of great tasting coffee in less than 5 minutes. It works on both gas and electric stovetops. If using a gas stovetop, place the coffee maker on a low to medium flame. I use freshly ground beans which I believe are the key to releasing the aromas and flavors of great coffee beans. Cleaning is super easy. Although you can put stainless steel Moka Pot in the dishwasher but some say it shortens the life-span so quick hand wash will be ideal. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, so far
This Espresso Maker looks much better than I expected from the photos and description. And it makes good coffee. It is nice to be able to see the coffee come out and the bubbling sound it makes when it’s finishing brewing the coffee. It makes about 15.5 ounces of espresso when it’s completely filled with water.

160-p – Disappointed. Too small for my induction cook-top.
On my Whirlpool gas range that I’m replacing, this Moka pot makes absolutely great espresso (5 stars). But I can’t use it on my Max Burton induction cook-top because the automatic pot detection fails to find this tiny 3.6 inch diameter pot. I have yet to see if it can be detected on my yet to be delivered slide-in LG induction range. Please Note: The Amazon description emphatically indicates “induction” capability.UPDATE: 8-4-23. This little coffee pot works great on my new range. It makes excellent espresso. I change my previous one star rating to five stars.

Works perfectly
It’s a moka pot. The filter works well, the glass pot is nice so you can see when the brewing is done, and the flat bottom works perfectly on my induction stove. The “pressure valve” that was supposed to create crema does nothing. It’s pointless. The coffee is still good, though, and an on-brand Bialetti doesn’t make crema either, so it’s no loss.

Functional (and pretty) moka pot!!
This moka pot makes amazing tasting espresso and it looks beautiful on the stove! We had a normal metal moka pot before getting this one that definitely felt cheaper and lower quality… The glass and stainless steel are super durable and sturdy. Love being able to watch the espresso come out as it brews. 10/10.

Good Expresso Maker — Not induction Compatible
This Moka Pot is a replacement for a Bialetti Pot several years old….. After a long search I settled on this newer style….THE Pot makes great tasting, strong Espresso.NOT INDUCTION COMPATIBLEWhat initially attracted me to this new Espresso Pot is the claim that it is compatible with an Induction Cooktop…. IT IS NOT.Cleanup is quite easy. Been in use several months now ….. Thanks to the stainless steel it looks as good as when it came out of the box…. Not the same as you’d find with an Aluminum Moka Pot.

Something needed to know before buying
It’s high quality and good looking, makes nice coffee! However, it doesn’t work well on my induction stove top due to its small base (mine is 160ml, 3.7″ width base).I believe their engineers enlarge the width base to adapt the minimal contact surface requirement of induction stove top, so if you fill water up in the water pot, it definitely overflow half of it out of the small glass on the top. Of course one could measure it before cooking, it appears 160ml is only about 1/3 of the bottom water pot.Otherwise, it’s very good coffee maker.

Stainless Steal for the Win!
Got a traditional aluminum moka pot and it got moldy so fast. It would’ve been fine if I had the time to properly clean it with the right solution, since dish soap is a no-go. But with my hectic mornings, I don’t really have time for any cleaning that isn’t a quick rinse and pop in the dishwasher. This one is so easy to clean and so forgiving for busy, rushed mornings. Very easy to use and offers some excellent espresso!

My favorite moka pot
I have purchased 3 different moka pots in the quest for a morning cup of espresso. Among them are an electric one and a narrow base stainless steel one that came with its own burner. This is by far my favorite as I can set it over a medium flame and in 6 minutes I have a hot cup of coffee. The base flares just enough that the handle remains untouched by the heat. I have the 6 oz version that I use with the Espresso Coffee Maker Stainless Steel Replacement Reducer. They work perfectly together. It’s fun to watch the container fill with coffee, too. This unit has a wide enough mouth on its base for easy cleaning of the inside. The glass hasn’t discolored over time like the plastic ones. The handle feels like a solid fit, but I don’t touch it when attaching or detaching it from the base. The base doesn’t have marks nor has it changed color from the flame being turned up too high. This is a solid choice in the morning coffee ritual.Overall, this is my first choice in moka pots.; I will order this one again if I ever require another.UPDATE: The base does change color from the heat over time, but it hasn’t been anything bad. I included a photo of it.

Stovetop glass espresso maker
The media could not be loaded.
Love it. Got the large size. Perfect for a large espresso or latte. It makes great espresso in very fast time. Some people reported problems. Personally mine is working great and i love it! Love the high quality glass upper pot so you see progression of brewing. The handle stays cool to the touch. Easy to clean. I use soft detergent and vinegar to keep steel shinny and clean with a soft sponge not to scratch it. From the second it starts brewing on medium flames you just need to check it to make sure you do not forget it once brewing and bubbling sound has stopped since you will get a burnt coffee just like with any stove coffee maker. Glad i purchased it. High quality too! Great price also! Absolutely recommend it!

Works on any range
We have used a stove top espresso maker for years and loved it. Recently, however, we traded our gas range for an induction range. The old faithful espresso maker, being aluminum, wouldn’t work on the new range. Finally, I found the stainless Moka stovetop espresso maker. Being made of stainless steel, it works like a champ. Highly recommended.

Great stovetop coffee maker. I love to be able to control the thickness and purity of my coffee and this coffee maker did not disappoint. The material doesn’t leave that metal aftertaste and the glass is thick and sturdy as well as the handle. I only hand wash and use an unscented soap. (Although I rarely use soap to wash it. A quick rise will do) So Aesthetically pleasing as well.

Better than Bialetti!
I have had a couple of Bialetti moka pots over the years. They get so crummy looking and the innards erode. I am very happy with this purchase. Not only is the espresso it produces delicious but the little pot is adorable and maintains its beauty. I very much like the glass upper portion to be able to see the percolation occuring. The unit is well sealed. The glass is thick and resistant to breakage. The lower metal portion maintains its shine. Easy to use and easy to clean. This size of moka pot makes a 20 oz cappuccino for me (coffee plus half steamed, half frothed milk).*Update – the one frustration I have is the unit getting completely dry. I’d wash, disassemble, allow it to air dry and the next time I’d use it, there would be moisture. I uploaded a photo to show how I’m completely taking it apart, including the gasket and edged filter now after washing. I also use a straw brush to clean the siphon tube. I just don’t want germs lurking. All this and I still do enjoy it two to three times a week. I just hope the gasket lasts well.

The best moka pot I’ve owned!
My previous moka pot was the brand with the gnome. It wasn’t dishwasher safe and always leaked when I poured it. I purchased this one because I now have a glass top stove and needed something of higher quality. My gnome pot was looking burnt on the inside of the base. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this moka pot. It is a high quality product – stainless steel base (most are aluminum) that is coated inside for food safety. It is dishwasher safe and comes out beautifully. I wasn’t sure I’d like the glass pot, but it seems quite durable so far and I really like the ability to see when my coffee is brewing to know it’s almost done. The other great feature is the pour spout — it has a nice curve and doesn’t drip when you pour it. This pot is worth the extra $$.

Doesn’t Work on Induction Cooktop – EDIT Don’t Write Reviews Before Having Coffee
I purchased this specifically for the new house I was moving into that has an induction stove (Frigidaire) and the stove cannot sense the pot. As I bought this months ago so that I would be prepared, I’m outside the return window. I would not recommend this unless you have a chance to test it right away on your particular stove.EDIT – So for some reason the stove wouldn’t recognize the pot on the smallest element, when I tried it on the medium sized element, it worked perfectly. After having my coffee I think this is just fine!

Gorgeously made. Feels quite solid.Works beautifully. Excellent result. No bitterness. Please consider employing an “Aeropress” paper filter. You MUST apply downward pressure to upper discharge assembly while holding the carafe inverted under running water in order to fully rinse the discharge tube. Please don’t add sugar prior to brewing.

I love the glass
I have figured out how to properly use a mocha pot so this makes great coffee. I think I make better coffee being able to see it come up. And it is just so cool.1) Heat the water before adding it.2) Do not press the grounds.3) Turn it off when the noise gets going.

Awesome little pot!!
Wow this little guy is wonderful!! I’ve used it almost daily for 3 months and it makes a delicious cuppa espresso like coffee. It’s so quick and easy. I can easily fill the grounds and water the night before if I’m in a rush in the morning, and then all I have to do is sit it on the smallest gas burner for about 2 minutes and it’s ready to go! My favorite coffee ever. Love that it’s easy to bring as I travel and can use it over a fire or woodstove. Also clean up is like 1 minute, super easy and dried out fast once all pulled apart. Havent had any issues that I read in the reviews before I bought it. Literally zero complaints!! Its exactly what I was looking for.

Coffee tastes great! Easy to cleanUpdate: 5/23I broke my coffee pot 😩 after 5mon. I had just finished washing it and packed it with coffee but the coffee pot was still wet and slipped out of my hands. The pot hit the floor and the only thing that broke was the piece that holds the lid together. Still works but the lid is not secure. I purchased another one because “safety” but this is a great coffee pot.

Pay attention when making coffee
This pot makes terrific coffee. My guests really enjoy the rich non bitter flavor that is extracted from the beans. But you need to pay attention. I forgot to add water and heated the pot, to pretty high temperatures. It is still working, but the silicon gasket is not as tight as it used to be. I can’t find replacement parts

Makes two 6 oz cups, twice that of other moke pots I have. I like the glass topo.
Seeing the coffee made is a help knowing when to remove from stove. It may not be the same high quality as the Austrian model that I bought on amazon, but more utilitarian. If it is accidentally left a bit too long on stove, there is a reserve of water remaining bottom section preventing damage. It is fun making coffee in this moka pot!!

Easy to clean, easy to use on my gas stove. I use my smallest burner and it is perfect for this coffee pot. Capacity is perfect for one cup of coffee. I’m surprised the handle stays so cool when so close to the flame, but it does. I like that you can see when the coffee is filling the top portion. A much better option than mechanical coffee machines that fail.

Best I have ever bought. Still awesome a year later
Makes really good espresso. Well made.Makes a little under 1 cup of espresso for me following the instructions of filling to just below the pressure relief valve. It is not true that it makes more than one cup. However that one cup is good when using some good fresh ground bean. I can tap to compact the espresso grounds a bit and it handles that fine, and they way it waits until the pressure is good before letting the steam and hot water run through the grounds at the right temperature makes it phenomenal. I love that the top is glass so I can see hen it is done. The materials are great, stainless steel! I have bought a lot of stove top espresso makers over the years, this one is the very best! As long as you understand it is going to make a little less than one measured cup at a time, you will be happy with it. I use a little timer plug in stove top with it so I don’t have to worry about it sitting on the heat too long or forgetting it. That works really well for me.

Works as described the best yet!
I bought this 240ml-P model because of its upgraded pressure valve that claims to brew a better tasting cup of coffee and it does! It takes a little while to dial in the best grind size brewing temperature etc. I like to brew at a low temperature grind not too fine without tamping much. I’ve tried lots of moka pots over the years all stainless many costing over $100 and one thing I’ve learned is a $200 dollar moka pot isn’t any better than the next one unless the principal changes and this one does that it seems to brew better because of the added pressure valve simular to the aluminum Bialetti Brikka. This is a good quality Moka Pot it’s the best I’ve ever had and the customer service is fantastic, I like it a lot!

Pretty good moka pot
I purchased this primarily for the glass top and the stainless steel base. The product has performed well over the past couple of months of almost daily brewing. I set the flame to low-medium and use 2 tbsp of powder in the coffee container to brew espresso or decoction. it takes about 5 minutes for the brew to complete. This has been used in place of Indian style coffee filter to make south indian filter coffee. works well for the purpose.

Making it work on induction stove
The tricky part was getting an induction burner to sense the pot. Due to the small diameter of the pot, induction stoves have a hard time detecting the pot and staying activated. The dead zone in the center of a burner is about the same size as the pot so the level setting just flashes and eventually turns off. Moving the pot to the side of the burner does not help. To get the pot to heat up on the burner, I use a small frying pan half filled with water with cover positioned on the side of the burner and the pot next to it. That way there the burner can sense the pan and begins heating the frying pan and moka pot. There seems to be lots of controversy over using hot water or cold to fill the pot. Some say cold water produces a smoother flavor coffee. I do not notice much difference except that hot tap water makes the coffee brewing process go faster. I also followed one reviewer’s recommendation to use an aeroPress filter over the coffee grounds to prevent bits of coffee from getting into the glass pot. I pour the coffee as soon as the pot fills and have foamed milk ready to mix in. Makes a great latte. This beautiful pot is easy to use and clean. I just wish I had purchased the larger size pot as this one barely makes 2 small espresso cups.

Highly recommend this great little pot!
Glass pot is unique. I’ve had fun showing off its operation to friends – AND they love the finished product! Makes a terrific cup of coffee. The stainless steel in this pot seems to be of excellent quality. I’ve noticed that a lot of the “stainless steel” pots available have a terrible cheap metal smell to them when used. (I ran filtered water through the others, they smelled so bad I didn’t even TRY to make coffee – blecchhh.) This pot does not smell, off-gas or make a chemically-tasting cup of coffee.

Good product overall
This is my second moka maker as I ordered a larger size this time. I love how it makes a really good espresso in short amount of time and enjoy watching the coffee brew through the glass top. One thing I have learned is that to prevent the stainless steel pot from rusting or turning black it must be dried thoroughly and immediately after each cleaning.

Perfect espresso, glass top and stainless steel bottom, I love it!

I had a moka pot already but it was an aluminum one and I really wanted one that was stainless steel. This one is not only safer because it does not contain aluminum but it is also very pretty to look at. Super easy to use, perfect espresso everytime. It makes enough for about 3 shots I believe. Definitely worth it.

Small, convenient and worth it!
We wanted an espresso and coffee maker that did not take up permanent space on the counter and was also safe to use on an induction stove. We have heard of Moka (coffee) pots and decided to give it a try – and we are very happy with it! However, it does take a bit of getting used to because you cannot just set it and forget it. Admittedly, we are also multitaskers and have trouble standing there waiting for it to boil. Therefore, we set it up, put it on the stove top and set a timer for 4 minutes so we do not forget about it. As the water starts to boil, we can hear it and keep an eye on it and anytime we forget about it (yes, in that short period of time), 4 minutes has been the magic number to where the pot finishes and is not over done (phew!). For context, we do this for 2-4 shots of espresso. Further, it’s super easy to clean and small / portable enough to store in the cupboard and take it out whenever we need it. Highly recommend this product.

Super Satisfying
I needed to purchase a induction compatible Moka pot immediately for a long-term house guest and initially purchased this one due to its quick fulfillment time. My guest is a very dear friend whom I absolutely love, but who is a loud and proud coffee snob. She appeared to experience actual physical pain watching me make my pour over coffee and I became worried for her sanity when she realized her traditional Moka pot ( which she brought with her on this 3 month, carry-on only visit!!) would not work on my induction stovetop. While at first I wanted a more traditional looking moka pot, after 1 use both me and my houseguest have become OBSESSED with watching the top portion fill with coffee as it brewed. SO incredibly satisfying. Using the induction stovetop, the coffee seemed to finish brewing in under a minute! Openings for both the top and bottom half feel a bit wider to allow for easier cleaning, but without changing that quintessential moka pot ‘silhouette.’ Slightly harder to keep it looking ‘clean’ as any coffee staining/residue is more apparent with the glass top, but nothing some extra soaking wouldn’t take care of. My only problem now is making sure my friend doesn’t try and fight for custody when its time for her to go home.

Excellent little espresso maker.
Excellent little espresso maker both in speed of the brew and clean up. I leave it on my smooth top all the time as part of the decor. It is so pretty with the shiny stainless. Works wonderfully with my induction smooth top. Very satisfied.

First, I am making this type of coffee. I think the product is great especially like that is not aluminum. I need to get better of course of making really good espresso.

BEAUTIFUL
Very good quality and works perfectly on my induction cooktop. The type of metal allows a very quickly, good EXPRESSO!
