Coffee container
I needed this for my coffee beans. I got a huge bag and need them to stay fresh so I’m glad I was able to get this. It seals perfectly and I’m happy to have a jar that will increase the longevity of them. I don’t know what the numbers on top are for so I need to figure that out but so far so good

Simple attractive storage container
This is a very simple attractive coffee bean container, simply press the centre button to seal and to keep your coffee beans fresh. It is a glass container, with a plastic top, attractive enough to keep on the countertop. It has a dial on top which registers, how long the coffee beans have been stored. Good price for a nice container.

Keeps the air and humidity from my coffee beans

I really like this airtight coffee bean container. It keeps the air and humidity away from my coffee beans. The dial is to keep track of the date you stored the beans. I love the design and it looks more expensive than it is. I’ll also use this for my ground coffee to keep it fresh.

Great product
Works as it’s intended

Great
This is a great storage container. It seals well and is good quality. It does not have any vacuum function, so whatever air was there will stay there. But it seals completely so will help to keep stuff fresh.

Keeps coffee fresh
I tried it with beans and with ground coffee. Both were kept fresh. At first the lid just didn’t seem like it did much, but it seems to work great.

Decent Choice for coffee
This seals well and has a few nice features that set it apart. First, when pushing down the lid it (theoretically) should push some of the air inside the container out and help prevent oxidation that much more. Second, there is an option flap on the underside of the lid that you can unplug which actually lets the coffee “breathe”/Vent, similar to how coffee bags have one way valves on them. Lastly, there is the date/time tracker which feels like a gimmick to me as its never mattered but its something for those that care.Overall solid Choice for container

Clever way to keep coffee beans fresh!
This canister is cleverly designed. You close the lid, then push down the center portion to force out excess air, to slow the oxidation process that makes coffee beans go stale. This helps keep them “just opened” fresh for much longer. The jar itself is glass, and the lid is plastic, with a dial you can turn to indicate the date that you stored the beans, in case you care to track such information. The jar is attractive enough to sit on your counter, though I’m storing mine in a dark cabinet as another way to protect the integrity of the beans – in this case, from UV.

Probably the last time you’ll need to purchase one.
Beautiful coffee bean container with a sturdy system of letting the beans “out-gas” while stored without letting in outside air. Seems to be better thought out compared to others who attempt to provide a vacuum, until that fails, when all that’s necessary is to keep outside air from entering while letting the gases produced after roasting escape. That the lid allows for setting the date coffee was added is a nice extra touch.

Great Visible Storage for Coffee Beans
I am always looking for storage solutions and this was a great option. It has clean lines and the tempered glass is very solid. I like how easy the airtight lid is to to remove although if you have dexterity issues it might not be so easy. My hands don’t work as well as they used to but I manage it fine. The one I got is the perfect height so it will fit into most my cupboard spaces but I prefer leaving it out because it has a classic look and I also know when to replace my coffee beans. The date tracker isn’t anything I’ll be using but it is nice to have the option.

Not just for coffee — anything you’d like to preserve

This is black tea that I put in here to retain and maintain freshness. But honestly it can totally be used for other things you want to keep fresh, i.e., flour, cereal, oatmeal, etc. There is a silicon ring inside to ensure no air will sneak in and the super easy button to push is fool proof. The jar is glass so it can be fragile but I’m not a big fan of plastic containers. This almost holds a pound of loose tea.

Very Nice Container, But I Shouldn’t Have Bought It
I quite literally did not need this container. I have two coffee containers already, one this size and another larger one. I barely use those. But I liked the way this one looked, and it’s glass as opposed to stainless steel, so I got it.The container is very nice looking, I like the little bean logo at the bottom, the glass is nice and lends it a quality feel. Top functions similarly to those OXO containers, except you don’t push the top again to open it, you push a button on the side.I don’t have anything in it yet since I just transferred the last of my beans to my grinder hopper, but I’ll probably start using this more often than my stainless steel containers, if only because I can see how much is left in it. Hopefully I can find some other bulk, dry good I can store in those, because they look really nice, just don’t need this many coffee bean containers (I am the only coffee drinker in my house…)

Very useful
It’s highly effective for storing coffee beans, but it lacks a crucial feature: dark glass to protect the beans from light.

Simple design. Easy to use. Clear view.
I had ordered a stainless steal vacuum seal coffee container that’s fine but it requires at least 20 pumps to completely seal. I was using this for my daily ground coffee but the constant pumping got a bit too much. So I looked for something easier to use and this clear container showed up.It’s almost the same size as my stainless steel container. But I only need to press the big round button once to seal it. So much easy. Better for daily use. The date tracker on the lid is helpful. But what’s really great is that because it’s made of clear glass or lucite, I can see how much coffee grounds I have left without opening it. I’m going to use this one for gound coffee and the stainless one for coffee beans. This is a great product at half the cost of the stainless one. Great value for the price listed.

Nice coffee storage jar
Perfect for keeping beans ready to use. I have a coffeemaker that goes both ways—loose freshly ground coffee or k-cups. I don’t go through the beans very quickly, so it’s good to have a storage jar that seals properly for coffee. Plus it looks good next to the coffeemaker.
