No wording in instructions
First off I have to say after watching YouTube videos we were finally able to work our coffee maker. We were very upset that the instructions were just icons and pictures and there was no wording whatsoever and also with that the picture had the smallest item in there to where I had to get a magnifying glass just to read it. My only recommendation is they do the instructions that have words so you can match it with the picture and understand it a lot better.

I was hesitant to upgrade but glad I did
After many years with my Saeco Odea Giro machine I didn’t think it was possible to love a coffee maker more. I had to make a decision to repair or replace my 12 year-old Saeco, and I decided to replace it with this 3200 Latte Go. I’m glad I did! Although my machine is brand new and I’ve got to spend some time customizing it to my personal taste, the very first latte I made was amazing. The automatic frother creates perfectly steamed milk, as good as I ever could with the manual steam wand on my Saeco. The espresso was nearly perfect as well. I do need to adjust the amount per cup to better suit me, but that seems easy per the instructions. This machine is super easy to use and a breeze to clean. I love all of the drink and customization options available. One note on the set-up instructions; I had problems installing the aqua clean filter at first, it wouldn’t stay seated in the water reservoir. There is an o-ring included with the filter that I didn’t notice that needs to be installed on the filter. This was not addressed in the instructions. Very easy once I noticed the o-ring in the filter package though.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Makes great coffee.
I love the iced coffee. I add sugar-free Sweet Italian Creamer and I get a better tasting coffee beverage than any of the canned coffee drinks at a fraction of the calories and a fraction of the cost. My wife loves the espresso drinks.

Versatile, rugged machine.
Bought this to replace a Saeco Odea that broke down after more than 15 years of service. The 3200 Latte Go is a reincarnation of the Saeco. We know it will be durable. What we like about this product is its versatility. Sometimes we want espresso, but often we like a cup of strong coffee. On occasion we enjoy a cappuccino, and the latte attachment works very well. Even makes a decent macchiato! The keypad is very intuitive and provides lots of options to adjust the strength of the brew to suit your tastes. It gives you multiple options for adjusting the grind coarseness, which is important.Of course the quality of the coffee you use is critical.Wife is from Colombia, so her standards are very high.If you only drink espresso there are other good options. But if you like versatility, this machine will serve you well

So many drink options. Works great for hot or cold. Machine can accommodate a tall cup. Easy to maintain! I’ve had it for a few years and use it every day!

Love it
I purchased the Espresso machine in May of 2022. I use it multiple times every day. I have had to de-scale it once. I have never had a problem with it. So I can honestly say it is built to last and it is something that I enjoy using every day. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Amazing machine
I could not be happier. This machine makes a great cup of coffee. An amazing espresso, a wonderful cappuccino and anything else you might desire. What more could you want….easy to clean? Yes, it is a breeze. I was using a “grind and brew” machine. Cleaning that out every day was a pain in the butt, this machine is so easy. It tells you when to dump the coffee grounds (little pucks) I wipe the milk spout after each use and put it back in the fridge(love this part) and I rinse out the main part every Sunday morning….done. The set up was so easy. Some people have mentioned the noise, but it is so much quieter than my old grind and brew. My husband passed away a few months ago, I figured I was not going to be drinking a full pot of coffee by myself. So now I can have a big mug of regular coffee in the morning and a cappuccino later.. or macchiato. I don’t feel like I would change anything. I studied machines and watched youtube videos for about 2 weeks before deciding on this one. SOOOO Happy! I’ve named her “Florence”( my favorite city in Italy) but I call her “Flo”.

So convenient!
I really like how convenient this unit is to use. The biggest issue I had was finding whole beans to grind. Seems like stores sell mostly ground coffee. It brews quickly and you get the feeling that you have walked in to a high-end car dealership or one of the airline club lounges. I’m glad I bought this Philips machine.

Love this espresso machine!
I bought the Philips 3200 LatteGo for my workplace because we just needed to up our coffee game. Mission accomplished! My coworkers and I love this thing. I am somewhat of a coffee snob and this machine does an excellent job making pretty much any type of coffee that I’m craving. The bean to cup feature means the coffee is always fresh. The milk steamer/frother attachment couldn’t be any easier to use and clean. I embellished our coffee supplies with a couple kinds of flavored syrups and everyone seems very happy. I love it so much I’m going to get one for my home.

Great quality. Great coffee.
So far so good. Have been using for about 5 months. Easy to use and clean. Very customizable. Coffee taste great. Takes a sec to warm up but you can make cup after cup after.

Great Automatic Machine
Love this machine. Have only had it a few weeks, but we are highly satisfied after replacing our Keurig and Nespresso machines for this one. I’m glad to get out of the pods and using fresh coffee beans. Love the customization and how easy this machine is to maintain. It has self cleaning, which uses up water so you end up having to fill the tank more than you’d think, but that is a fair trade off. Couple points to keep in mind if you are considering this machine: – Your first several cups will be watered down and undrinkable. The pucks will be a soggy mess. Do not get alarmed and rest assured this is just temporary as the machine gets broken in. – I found the coffee a little weak for my liking so I adjusted the grinder to level 4 and it’s much tastier now (perhaps some of that is the machine also dialing in a better cup as it’s still breaking in). – You can program the quantity of the Large size for any of the drinks. – The manual doesn’t tell you the drink sizes, but a couple of the more Helpful reviews tell you the size for every combo (thank you!) – For purists, the milk is always dispensed first. Doesn’t matter to me, but could be a concern for others. – The temperature isn’t very hot, even at the highest setting. This is more of a concern for the milk based drinks. – You can’t make a double of the milk based drinks like you can for espresso/coffee/americano. I end up adding in a single shot of expresso if I need a little extra jolt, which is not a terrible inconvenience, but is an additional step.

Great tasting drinks with minimal effort
I have gone through several espresso machines over the years. Started cheap and worked my way up to a fancy Breville that was still a pain to work and sometime served hot frothy drinks. I splurged for this machine and will never look back.* The machine is drop dead easy to use.* The drip pan and grounds tray is simple to empty and clean. Realize that you do need to empty if frequently as the machine startup always cleans the pipes and drops water into the pan at every power on.* The frother is dead simple – add milk – and go. The cappuccino is amazingly tasty. Saving me $5 a workday from the local store.* I have been using it for regular coffee too and replaced my Kuerig, as its as fast, cheaper per drink, better for the environment (no cups) and tastier.* Its so simple, power on, select the drink, select the strength and size and press go. If you don’t change settings select your drink and go.* I have had drinks from far more expensive machines at friends houses and this one prepares the best , in my opinion. My other machines were way messier, took longer and were easy to mess up the taste/flavor because of the manual steps. So simple to operate, simple to clean, tasty drinks. Its a perfect home espresso and coffee machine!

Enjoyable Brews
Enjoying the machine. Does not some adjustments out of the box. Personally went with the smallest grind and the hottest temperature settings. Takes about a minute or so to warm up to brew. Auto milk froth is nice. The variety of the unit nice as well. Overall well pleased with purchase. Notice: water comes through unit during the warm-up phase. Suggest not putting your cup in place till machine is ready to brew. If there were any improvements to machine, I would ask for a hotter temperature, but that is a personal preference.

Best coffee machine I have ever owned
This thing is awesome. Easy to use, easy to clean and it makes coffee so simple and fast.Wife loves the milk drinks as well, cappuccinos and lattes are easy to make as well, just pressing a button.I just wish the water tank was bigger, so it doesn’t need to be replenished as often.

Best Professional At-Home Coffee Maker!
The media could not be loaded.
I can’t say enough great things about this coffee maker! We love it and everyone who comes over to our house usually ends up buying one for their house too. This is professional grade quality coffee at home. This machine is totally worth the investment and we’ve been so happy we get to make coffee at home that tastes so good!! I have to say, we have become quite coffee snobs since purchasing this machine. It’s also wonderful that we have five different coffee options to choose from. I also use the hot water feature every day when making my hot tea, too. Typically, we have to clean out the tray that pulls out at the bottom about once every 4 to 5 days. When I say you have to clean it out, I mean you need to dump the grounds in the trashcan and rinse out the part that holds the grounds. Easy peasy! Philips did a great job with this machine. The bottom part also has a tray that holds water that comes out during the powering up process. This is to ensure that the lines are clear and there’s no stale water in the system. It’s very easy to clean out too-you simply pull the tray out and dump it in the sink. This accommodates very tall mugs and small cups too. We bought the one with the added milk frother because we do tend to enjoy cappuccinos and latte macchiatos and our guests enjoy this feature, as well. This has been a great addition to our house and our friends that come over to visit us always want to make a cup of coffee. I can’t tell you how many friends and neighbors we have had who have seen this machine and end up buying the same one for their home. This brand is known to be high-quality and we’ve been very happy with our purchase. One of the features that made us choose this coffee maker was the fact that it was so easy to use. The machine grounds the beans for you and makes it so fast to clean. If you were looking for a coffee maker at home and you want to experience quality coffee shop coffee, I can’t recommend this machine enough. We love it and I feel confident you will, too.

Great machine, easy to use.
The media could not be loaded.
This machine has everything we need in coffee. The ease of use on an everyday basis is amazing. Just press what your heart desires, and let it brew. We went from a messy operation of grinding, pressing and brewing our espresso, then the clean up; to a no mess, quick operation of a intimidating, but actually pretty simple machine that self cleans. After use we take the milk container off and put it in the refrigerator for use again later. We do shove a napkin plug in the outfall to help keep it clean and wash it at the end of the day. There is a series of ways this machine keeps itself sanitary. Due to this, you do have a catch bin to empty out. It does have a float that you can see that let’s you know it is becoming full.So far, we love this. It is everything my husband, resident coffee snob, wanted. What makes him happy, makes me happy.

I really like some things about this machine.
Now that I’ve been using it for a month, I find I really like it.Pros:I love the LattéGo frother! It’s beautifully designed, easy to keep clean, and does a great job. I use Fair Life 2% milk. Check out the picture of the cappuccino I made recently. There is a good selection of drinks. My favorites are espresso, coffee, and cappuccinoYou can select aroma strength and volume for each drink. It has a bypass so I can make decaf with ground coffeeMaintenance is easy. Just follow the directionsSpeaking of directions, the manual is complete–It took me awhile to realize that there are diagrams in fold out pages in the back of the manual.I like the filter–I still use filtered water from my fridge, so I like the idea of never/rarely having to descale the machine. There is good clearance under the spouts so our cups fit.Cons:Sometimes the water light goes on when the reservoir isn’t empty. Not sure why this happens, it’s not a deal breaker. The design of the grounds container is a little weird; there is a flat piece that is in front of the grounds container–was annoying until I realized that I don’t have to remove this piece to empty grounds.

Very low maintenance and good cappuccinos
This is my go to now for all things coffee. My Keurig feels neglected. I love that the hot water comes from a different source so that it’s not coming out with coffee residue. The Go Latte cup is super easy to clean and one of the main reasons I bought this model. The only down side is that I now drink more coffee, because I am loving the fresh ground coffee each time I make a cup. There are really good instructions on YouTube on how to get this machine started the right way. Glad I followed those steps. I love that I don’t have to press the coffee. I kept the manufacturer’s settings as others recommended and I am good with that. The crema from a cup of coffee is beautiful. It’s a little loud when coffee is grinding or making coffee but it doesn’t bother me because the noise doesn’t take long. I’m sensitive to noise so this says a lot. I love making cappuccinos as it gives me enough foam. I’ve had it for over two months and so far so good.

OMG Its been 6 months since I have not step foot in starbucks
My main Idea was not to go to Starbucks due to the prices and quality of their coffee. Well, the best decision I have ever made. This machine sometimes comes on sale, so I waited. I buy fairly expensive quality coffee cuz I mind what I put in my body. So the quality of the hot beverage is outstanding. the hot water is just enough to start consuming but not burn yourself. I make sure I follow the suggested guidelines for taking care of this awesome creation.

Quality Coffee Drinks
We’ve been very happy with our machine. The drinks are delicious and the machine is easy to operate. The water tank is on the small side, we have to fill it about every other day but it’s easy to remove and we use the machine A LOT so it’s not overly surprising. This machine is NOT quiet which is the biggest downside to it. Especially when making a drink with the Lattego. However, I would say that is to be expected with a middle of the road (price wise) automatic espresso machine. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and think it’s a great quality machine for the price. I did lots of research on espresso machines under $1000 before purchasing this machine and am very happy with my decision.Update 01/2023: Changing from 4 to 5 stars. We’ve had this machine for almost 2.5 years now. It’s used 3-4 times a day between my husband and myself and the machine has held up great! It’s easy to clean and everything still functions like the day it came out of the box. This was a great purchase!

Love it! 6 months of use
We’ve had this machine for just over 6 months and love it. It is perfect for our household which we probably make close to 6 cups a day. We’re no coffee connoisseur’s but wanted something that could make better tasting coffee vs drip. We primarily use the coffee, americano and espresso functions. My wife occasionally enjoys the latte go as well which works great. I was concerned(based on some reviews) that the machine would be messy and hard to clean but we haven’t experienced any issues. I would absolutely recommend this and I think it’s a great bang for your buck option!

Great machine for the price
I purchased this machine in May, 2022, and thought I’d wait on submitting a review until there had been time enough to see whether it would make a reasonable return on investment. I’m pleased to share the fact that, for me, this was a great buy. My assessment is based upon the fact that 1) the machine has lasted 18 months and is still going strong; 2) it’s paid for itself several times over based upon the coffee consumption habits in my household; and 3) it makes a very good mocha or latte style coffee, easily as good or better than Starbucks, as far as I and my wife are concerned.More specifically, in terms of cost/benefit, I’ll share that in our household, we drink about three 16 oz mocha or latte style coffees per day, on average (excessive, I know). The cost of buying this much coffee at Starbucks or the local coffee stand would be approximately $25/day, including tip. The machine cost about $699 at time of purchase, and we’ve run, by this measure, about $13,500 worth of coffee through the thing. Sounds crazy, but $25 x 550 days does in fact equal a ridiculous amount of money spent on coffee.Plus, I think the frothing apparatus is ingenious: two pieces of plastic pressed together, which work quite well, certainly as well as a conventional wand frothing tool. Prior to buying the Phillips machine, we owned a Breville Oracle Touch Espresso Machine. The Breville is a large unit, fully automated, with all the bells and whistles. It costs about $3,000. We loved it for the two and a half years that it worked. Then it started leaking and we learned an important lesson about Breville products: you can’t get parts to fix Breville products locally. When I contacted Breville about the issue, I was told that I could pay them $500 and ship the machine back to them for repair (on my dime). They’d repair it, return it to me and provide a six month warranty. Yeah, I got a laugh out of warranty – real vote of confidence in their work. In any event, I decided to try the Phillips as a low-cost option and have really been pleased. Definitely an interesting compare and contrast with the Breville unit (which I do not recommend). The Phillips machine does have a few quirks, and there are a couple of changes to the unit I’d love to see. For example, the water supply is limited and therefore requires frequent refills. Similarly, the drip tray is fairly small and fills up pretty quickly. Also, the machine occasionally displays a warning that the drip tray needs dumping when, in fact, it does not. In these instances, I pull the tray out and wait for the warning to switch to the ‘no tray alert’ warning and then reinsert the tray. This said, the Phillips unit is easy to clean and maintain, and it’s relatively small and light. All in all, I highly recommend this product.

Great machine, great hot beverages, easy to use.
The media could not be loaded.
Bought this machine during prime days and got a really good price on it. As a coffee lover I have tried many many different machines in my life. I’ll have to say this one is my favorite. It is very simple to use, and makes a consistently good product every time. The video is a Latte being made but I also use it for Americano, Coffee and espresso. I have been extremely happy with all of them. The machine does require regular maintenance and care to keep it at peak performance l. but it’s pretty simple and easy to do.overall I would ra this machine a 10 of 10. I’ll update this review after a few months of using it if there are any problems.

Excellent, does exactly what I wanted it for
My wife’s parents have a fully manual Breville which they and my wife love, but didn’t think my wife would want to commit to the time it took to make a cappuccino. So I started looking at fully automatic cappuccino makers, and this one came up as a well reviewed product which I got on sale (got $200 off on prime day).Overall, I love this thing. Very easy to operate, the only thing you need to do yourself is the maintenance of ensuring there are coffee beans, milk and enough water in it. All no problem at all.Coffee beans go in the top, and get pulled in in the front left corner or that compartment. At first, I didn’t like the fact that it runs water through before each use (when you first turn it on), because I kept forgetting it did this and water ran out in to the runoff water tray which I’d eventually have to empty. As I started to remember it did this, and started putting my mug under it to catch this to pour down the sink, I ended up loving that feature as it effectively clears the water pipe out each time which I enjoy. It does this when it turns off too, so don’t forget that.Set up was easy, the instructions aren’t as clear as the set up video on the product on Amazon, so I used a bit of both.Literally couldn’t give this any better review, it’s a really good quality product that makes nice coffee. I’m not the coffee drinker, that’s my wife, and she loves the coffee it makes. There is no explanation anywhere of what the warning lights on the far right of the control panel mean, even the manual doesn’t tell you – I worked these out myself. Top one means it needs water, middle means the overspill tray needs emptying. Bottom is the ‘uh-oh’ light.Fantastic product, love it and would recommend!

Perfect expresso every morning
Love the machine, that is, 2 years in and there was a pinging sound inside. You need to take the brew group out (that big central part that does everything except grind the coffee) every week or so to clean up all the coffee grounds and oil a few parts. Not hard, just messy, but doable. This time I took the brew group out and found a broken wire spring hanging there, disconnected from one side. It has a screw on both sides so I figured I could take the screw out and fix it. No, it can’t be done because the wire goes from the obvious to the inside somewhere obscure. Not fixable. Our local coffee machine fix it person said $125 to fix it, as he can’t buy a new brew group. I looked online for a replacement brew group – none on the Philips site, none in the US at all. We ended up buying one from a seller in England for $100 and it will arrive in a week. It’s hard to believe Philips wouldn’t sell them in the US. But at least it’s on the way.

Gotta go with the LatteGo
Waited a while and finally on sale, so took the plunge. At first like anything a new machine can be a bit intimidating, but after a few days, voila you’ll be a pro. First, if your expect exceptional Italian grade, barista made drinks, not gonna happen, but you will get a very flavorful, delicious drink IF you use good water (not tap), great beans and for milk drinks, quality, fresh milk and oh, don’t forget a quality flavor if you like lattes and macchiatos. In summary, a good home machine if you have the money, low maintenance (suggest getting an extended warranty, just in case) and you can get a decent drink without having to go out and get it at a ridiculous price. At $5.00 a cup of coffee, you can literally own this machine is no time. Bought in July 2023 and it’s part of the family now. Easy maintenance. I empty and clean the tray at least weekly, sometimes more (my compulsiveness kicks in) and I top off coffee beans and fill the water reservoir for the next day. Enjoy!

Perfect coffee every time
I have used various coffee pod systems for years, and thought that they made great coffee until I got my Phillips 3400. This is coffee on a whole new level. Using fresh beans from my local Whole Foods market I get better coffee than you can buy from any chain coffee shop. I’ve been using mine for over 16 months without any problems. When and if this one ever wears out I will immediately be buying another one. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I love this machine
We picked this up on a Prime Day deal. It works great. This was our first super-automatic maker. I’m a fan of straight espresso and the shots are delicious and perfectly made every time. The crema on the espresso is nice as well. The temperature is just right and the time to heat up is very quick. My wife likes capuccino and the milk frother works well. It is fairly easy to use, no difficult settings to figure out. Most of the parts can go in the dishwasher. My only complaints are very minor:It does a rinse cycle before and after use. So if you set your cup on the tray and then turn it on, it will put some hot rinse water in it . Not a big deal as you can just dump it out. But also if you leave your cup on the tray too long, it will eventually auto-shut down and run its rinse cycle again, putting hot rinse water into your coffee. Fortunately you have a long time to pull your cup before it shuts down so that’s not a big issue. The other minor complaint I have is that it doesn’t actually detect if the grinder is empty. I went to make a coffee a couple days ago and it went through the whole cycle but only gave me hot water. I realized the hopper was empty so I added beans, dumped out the cup and ran it again.Overall this machine is worth the money and it makes a very good cup of coffee. It is very convenient and the features are well thought out.

NO MORE OUTSIDE COFFEE SHOP
I make my own ice lattes and this espresso machine is a must, there was no point getting new Philips difference is just the digital screen it does the same job. This coffee machine is the best I no longer purchase Latte Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks I now saved over $600 dollars from not buying coffee at the stores or drive thru, it’s all done at home.I learn how to make ice lattee caramel, bought whipped cream and some Tori caramel sauce and bam! Fresh coffee every morning on my way to work. Family loves it everyone can enjoy their own individual different coffee settings. The machine allow whole bean coffee which is the best in my opinion and it also accept ground coffee has a tiny door on top to add it. Water temperature is perfect nice and hot and the grinder is excellent. Water filter is great! Not to mention Philips offered me 5 years warranty bumper to bumper free no down payment.Great machine you will love it, give it a shot takeSome time to learn how to use it day by day you’ll become pro.

Makes a damn good cappuccino
I would have to say this is one of my top 5 purchases I have ever made.Working from home permanently since covid19 hit, my wife and I have become coffee afficionados. Started off with a french press, then a percolator. We then made the jump to a basic manual espresso machine. We were making some great espresso, but that soon got old and last thing I want do at 730 in the morning is be standing frothing milk. Then miraculously an ad showed up on my social media. It was for the Phillips LatteGo. I watched their promo video and was hooked. I would go to bed dreaming about it. In the morning I would look at manual espresso machine in disgust. Then on early black friday Amazon deal days the LatteGo was on sale for 699 and bought it instantly. It was meant to be.This thing is beautiful to look at. It’s super simple to use right out of the box once you read the manual. From start to finish it takes roughly 2.5 minutes for a capp, less for a straight espresso. The control panel is not confusing at all. You select one of the 5 brew options. Then select your coffee strength, serving size and milk amount options and then press play. It will grind, pack, froth and brew automatically. The cool thing too is your selected options are saved for quick brewing in the future. It takes a handful of uses to season the unit. I would say after a week the espresso was coming out perfect and getting good dry hockey pucks in the discharge unit. Also, the better the coffee bean the better the espresso. You also have the option to use ground coffee for single serve use. Here is my only slightly negative comment; though you are given the option to make double espresso, double coffee and double americano, you are not given the option to double cappuccino or latte/macchiato. I understand this is due to the milk frother capacity, but it would have been nice to have a larger milk capacity considering the unit has space for it.Jump the gun and buy it, you won’t regret.

Pretty brilliant milk frothing system.. here’s how it works.
So there are plenty of reviews that give you a pretty good idea as to how well this machine works, but I thought I’d go a little deeper into the milk frothing system on this unit as it’s the key differentiator to other systems. The key innovation here is that it gets rid of the difficult to clean tubes found on other units. It does this by effectively splitting the steam/milk tube in half by using a cut groove on the inside side of the clear plastic milk cup, pressed against a rubber fitting on the black plastic cup holder. When you snap the two together the two halves pressed together create the “tube” where the milk/steam is mixed. Pop it apart again and wash it and it’s completely clean and ready to go again. The whole milk cup/black plastic assembly just hangs off of the steam fitting on the main unit, so you just lift it up and off easily, then unsnap the black plastic and cup and rinse it. Ridiculously easy and convenient. I usually pop it off and rinse and dry it and hang it back on again after brewing a cup or two (three) in the morning for my wife and I. The unit is always clean.TL;DR this unit is just very simple and from an engineering and ease of use perspective just super easy to work and to keep clean and keep in good order. It just feels really close to a regular coffee machine, even though it makes cappuccinos and lattes. If I had known how easy and reliable one of these machines was to actually use and how much we would actually use it I would have bought one years ago.Yeah.. this turned out to be our #1 favorite kitchen appliance of all time.

Perfect blend of convenience and quality
We purchased this machine because we valued having access to great quality espresso with maximum convenience. If you are looking for complete control of your coffee, this isn’t the machine for you. At the same time, unless you enjoy/tolerate futzing with grind settings, pre-heating and clean-up rituals, this machine strikes the perfect balance. You get consistent, very good quality drinks from the machine with maximum convenience. It takes care of grinding, tamping, brewing, frothing, and dumping all in one cohesive package. Are you going to be able to make latte art with the foam? No. But in exchange you don’t have to mess with a steam wand that you need to clean. Everything is integrated and works, time and time again. One downside is the increased coffee consumption because it’s just too easy to go to the machine and brew yourself some great tasting espresso. But I like to think of that as a testament how much we enjoy the machine.I find the machine excels in all available drinks: espresso, Americano, “Coffee”, Cappuccino, and Latte Machiato. My favorites are the Americano and Latte Machiato. Each drink setting allows you to configure the aromatic, espresso, and milk froth amounts. These settings each have three levels, and they are unique to each drink. The settings are remembered so you don’t need to manually program the machine each time.Milk frothing is done through a two-piece system that forces steam into the milk, up a tube, and out into your coffee without the need of a steam wand. Hot water can be dispensed out of a separate outlet, which is great for tea. The machine takes care of the warm up and shut down procedures (prewarming the group head by pushing hot water through it for some time on initial start). Maintenance is important– you must remove the mechanism and rinse it with water once a week, and clean the inside from coffee grounds, but this only takes a few minutes. We have found the included filter does a very good job filtering out impurities that exist in most municipal water systems.Overall, very happy with the machine and would recommend to anyone.

Convenient and Versatile: Philips Latte Go Coffee Maker
As a coffee novice who loves lattes and espressos, the Philips Latte Go coffee maker has been a game-changer for me. No more juggling multiple tools – this all-in-one machine delivers delicious beverages quickly and effortlessly. While there was a slight learning curve to master all the options and cleaning processes, the overall experience has been delightful. It’s become a hit with my guests too; they unanimously prefer the fresh ground coffee it produces over my old drip coffee maker. If you’re looking for a convenient and versatile solution for enjoying cafe-quality beverages at home, the Philips Latte Go is definitely worth considering. Cheers to hassle-free coffee enjoyment!

Truly fully automatic espresso machine – easy to program and clean
Over the years, I have owned a number of espresso / coffee makers, some of them from some very well known and pricey brands. This espresso maker is very easy to program with on-the-fly adjustments for intensity, volume of water and amount of foam, makes all sorts of coffee drinks. One feature that is very clever is the design of the milk container for foam – extremely easy to clean, which cannot be said for many other machines!

This machine is my go to for coffee
I wasn’t sure how I felt about the price, but the taste and versatility is unreal. Love my coffee everytime.

Love it
I read hundreds of reviews on all types of automatic espresso machines, and finally decided to purchase this one. I’ve had it for 3 months and absolutely love the coffee, ease, and quality.

2.5 yrs later review. Still love it.
I’ve only been drinking coffee for 13yrs. Started when I was 30. I have been waiting for a machine like this one for a long time and it was a bday gift from my wife. We love it. I make about 3 cups a day and she makes 2 cups a day. In that time the only thing I’ve had to do is change the water filter. And today I have had my first failure. Some gaskets have worn out and I’m not getting much water at all coming out of the nozzle. It is ending up in the bottom tray. I’ll report back to see if this fix will get it going again. I’m a harsh critic when it comes to brands and I’m very impressed with this machine. My wife bought it when it was $1k, it’s gone down to under $700 now. Crazy!

Still making delicious coffee after almost 2 years
We are quite happy with this Espresso machine. If you have a big family then you’ll be refilling the water reservoir fairly often as it really isn’t that big. Perhaps 5-6 cups of the size we make.It makes great coffee and we also love the milk frother for lattes. We have moved to decaffeinated beans so we can enjoy a cup in the evening as well. Here’s a simple iced coffee method we love during the summer: fill a cup about half full of crushed ice, add a little caramel syrup, put your cup under the spout and have this machine dispense one or two servings of Espresso into it. Add a bit of chilled milk and stir. Fantastic! Some complain the beans don’t move down to the grinder quite well enough, but in truth that is such a minor issue. Make it a habit to check the beans when you check the water. We highly recommend this reliable machine.

Happy, happy!
I took 2 years to decide what kind and if I am going to invest in coffee maker. After much research I decided to buy this one and I am glad I did! Enjoy the fact that it is automatic and that is has quite a few options. Works great for me! Glad I got this one.PS: price can fluctuate so if you are not in a rush watch it for a while. I bought during Prime Day. They sometimes offer discounts around different holidays.

Never knew I was missing it
I am not a coffee snob. But I just couldn’t stand the Keurig cups. I loved lattes, but didn’t like having to froth milk. For that reason I refused when my family begged for an espresso machine. Then I researched. First – the milk container. OMG – this thing is the best. I clean it once every few days, but can just store the milk in it in the fridge between cups. It makes pretty good foam. Definitely better than that little frothing wand on most. It is just so convenient. Second – the choices. Each of us has a different preference in our coffee. Here we get it all. We customize with double shots, strength of brew, etc. But the point is that with a touch of a few buttons we get custom coffee. Third – size. It takes up about the same amount of counterspace as a 10 cup machine. Maybe a little more. But it was definitely smaller than I was expecting. Fourth – ease of cleaning. You just pull a tray and dump the grounds (in a separate little container) and water. It tells you when it needs to be emptied. This is easier to clean than an actual coffee maker because there is no carafe to scrub. Fifth – the water capacity. Coming from a small keurig, this is my son’s favorite part. You fill it and forget it for a few days. There are four of us who drink coffee regularly. So the size of the water container is great.Cons – like others have said, it is not quiet. It doesn’t bother me much. But I have raised two boys who are now teens, have two cats and two dogs, and am not used to a quiet house. I have an air compressor for an airbrush and it sounds like the compressor sounds from outside the house. Really just soothing background noise for me at this point. Price. It is a kitchen appliance. In order in my house of use is the fridge, the dishwasher, this machine, the microwave, the oven, and the rice cooker (we cook rice every day). If you can accept that you are paying for an appliance and not just a little coffee maker, it will sit easier. As it is, I was really hesitant. My family has convinced me it was worth the purchase. Just pull off that sticker shock and the pain subsides quickly.

Love this coffee machine
It is easy to operate and easy to maintain. We use it several times every day. Just make sure it has water and coffee beans and the pull out tray and compartment with the used coffee grounds is emptied out when full. You can experiment with different settings and coffee drinks. My personal favorite is a regular coffee with a cappuccino on top.The actual set up is well explained and there are also several videos available.

I was ready to return it until…
It’s funny how I went from deciding to return it, to not only keeping it but LOVING it. The reason I wanted to return it is because after setting it up and making my first cappuccino I was shocked at horrible it tasted! It tasted like watered down coffee.I thought maybe I did something wrong. So, I experimented a lot with the coffee strength settings…1 dot, 2 dots, 3 dots…same horrible tasting coffee. I also experimented with water quantity (I think they call it the drink quantity button)…I tried 1, 2 and 3 dots. Still the same horrible taste. At this point I decided to return it. My husband suggested we keep it for a week and see if there’s anything else we can do…maybe change the type of coffee or something. The next day while reading reviews on this machine I came across a tip…change the coffee grinder setting. I decided to try it, but I didn’t expect it to make that big of a difference…WRONG. It made all the difference. After setting the grinder to 4, I can’t believe how good the coffee that comes out of this machine! We’ve had it now for a week and my husband and I can’t imagine life without it.Here are the settings for my cappuccino : Coffee grinder 4, coffee strength 2 dots, water 1 dot, milk 2 dots…I know this is frowned upon but I like to stir it before I drink it.Here are the things I absolutely love about this machine:1- It does everything… grind coffee, brew coffee, froth milk and self-clean. if you’ve never owned an automatic machine, like me, you will be blown away.2- You can get an amazing coffee with a click of a button (once you program your favorite drink)3- Cleaning the milk container is a breeze.Things I saw people complaining about:1. It uses up a lot of water. This is true… however considering it self-cleans and I only have to worry about cleaning once a week, I don’t mind it.2. Weekly and monthly clean is too much.I would GLADLY do a quick weekly and monthly clean/maintenance if it means that on a daily basis all I need to do is click a button to have a cappuccino. Please bear in mind that my review is based on the fact that this is my first super automatic coffee machine.

Tasty Coffee
If I could have given this 4.7 stars, I would have. My husband and I shopped around for an upgraded coffee machine for a while before finally settling on this one. We were looking for a machine that would make everything all together – milk and all. We upgraded from the Nespresso original line with separate milk foamer. We’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and we are really happy with it! It makes an assortment of drinks at the press of a button!CONS- I’m still guessing at this point how much exact milk to pour in the milk frothing container so I don’t waste any milk.- It doesn’t froth as well as the separate Nespresso milk frother. It does a decent job, and I still use the frothing attachment on the Phillips most often. However, the foam is not as luscious and thick with the Philips (as it is with Nespresso). For this reason, I’m holding onto my Nespresso milk frother until further notice.PROS:- delicious coffee- environmentally conscious (no pods going into landfills!)- easy to clean (so far!)- customizable beveragesOverall, it’s a big investment and one that we’ve been happy to make. No regrets! Would purchase again!

Game Changer
This product is an actual life changer. I’ve used nespresso for ten years and basically forgot what fresh coffee tastes like. I now buy fresh roasted beans and let the machine grind them for each cup for the same price as pods. While it is loud, it’s fun to watch the machine work. You can play with settings to change the amount of liquid, foam, or strength of coffee drink. The reservoirs holds about 36 ox of water and we refilled every couple days. Both my husband and I drink so much more coffee now that we have this machine. Guests always love it. The best part was the deal on prime day!

When settings are tweaked makes great coffee!
I have found, as others, that the default factory settings makes good coffee on the coffee setting. But the espresso and espresso based drinks are lacking fullness of the flavors of the beans. However, by setting the grind (follow instructions as it has to be actively grinding to adjust it) to 1.5 or 2 (1.5 in my case) and using beans that are not overly oily (illicafe is my favorite), making the strength setting at the highest and the liquid setting at medium (the default) all the milk based drinks are great and espresso is also good. Lowest liquid setting for espresso makes it great.Hope this helps others. Oh, and you need to make a couple of shots before the grind difference seems to take full effect. Not sure why but I have also seen that mentioned elsewhere.

Fast. Convenient. Buy It!
One Year Review. I spent a good amount time watching reviews before purchasing and decided on this Philps. This auto machine is really the next level in home brewing. It is the closest thing to just press a couple buttons and forget it. Or spend 10 times more making manual espresso. It has already stopped the daily trip to $tarBuck$ and has paid for its self! Really happy with purchase and I would buy one in the future.

So happy I bought this!
I have no experience with anything other than normal coffee pots but decided to treat myself to this Espresso machine as a reward for quitting drinking alcohol and I am so happy I did. I have had it a month now and have used it multiple times a day everyday I have had it and have not had any problems. This is extremely easy to use and set up but the cleaning is the best think about this in my opinion. Clean up is so easy and maintenance minimal.Let me be clear, this is a BIG purchase for me so I was nervous about it. I am a single working dad and I take spending this kind of money very seriously so I did a lot of research reading reviews and watching reviews before ordering. Most of them raved about the LatteGo system and rightfully so! No tubes or hoses to clean out or get plugged up, just a single container that is easily washed out and can be stored in the fridge if there is milk leftover. I get some people like to put in the work to make their drinks, but I just want a good end result with the lease effort possible and it really can’t get easier than this! I definitely do not regret buying this machine and would highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded.
I absolutely love the PHILIPS 3200 Series Fully Automatic Coffee Machine! I use it daily, and it’s made my mornings so much better. The coffee is consistently delicious, and I love how easy it is to customize the strength and temperature. It’s quick, convenient, and has made me feel like a barista at home. Don’t wait any longer and buy it!
We absolutely love this machine. We wanted to replace a machine that used plastic pods and it was the best decision we ever made! This machine was easy to set up and use. We love it. Mostly we make coffee with it and the coffee tastes so much better than pod coffee. Freshly ground coffee every cup, every morning is amazing! The fact we no longer waste so much plastic or drink out of plastic is amazing! And storing pods was such a hassle! This machine was exactly what we wanted. I read reviews on similar machines and decided on this one and so far we have no complaints.

easy to use, works great, lattego is awesome EDIT
Edit #2: It took a week to get the O ring replacement from the company. They requested a picture of the broken ring. The machine has worked great for over a year since the replacement.Edit: 2 months into use the machine stopped brewing. After follows instructions and reading all possible troubleshooting advice in the manual and on the internet, we discover that an o-ring has broken and the machine isn’t pumping the espresso as it should. We are trying to find the o-ring replacement on our own without ordering through Philips-Saeco so that the fix doesn’t take so long. I wonder if this is what happened to other who said their machine stopped working? Really disappointing for a two-month-old expensive appliance.I was scared that this would be complicated when I read other interviews. It couldn’t be easier to clean and maintain, considering what it does. Just read the manual, which isn’t thought either. The lattego attachment makes foamed and steamed milk easily, and you can use the preground coffee setting to make the steamed milk by itself by stopping before the machine dispenses water. This machine is awesome. Order Lavazza super crema espresso beans for lower cost and great-tasting espresso.

I’ve been using this machine for 1 year. I LOVE IT!
I’ve had this machine for a year now and thought it was time to leave a review for others who are on the fence.Never one time have I had an issue with this machine.I put in beans and water. I get delicious espresso.I clean the bottom drawer and grounds every couple of days and I take the inside section out once a week and rinse it out. Before I purchased my machine I saw reviews where people talked about mold- I am going to say they probably were not cleaning their machine.I love this machine, and since I have chronic fatigue, it has been a game changer for me.I no longer use the milk frother- for me it wasn’t worth the effort. Now I just put my milk in the coffee cup along with the creamer and put those in the microwave to heat up and then make the double shot of espresso. Bam. Latte.

Excellent Machine to Feed an Addiction
I purchased the Philips 3200 Lattego with an additional filter as part of Amazon Prime Day, so my review is directly tied to that discounted price.I find that this machine is really worth the money. It makes excellent espresso and latte macchiatos. That is a given, but how does it handle milk alternatives. I feel like there isn’t much comment on this, and I think it is worth discussing.Since realizing, after two decades of pain and suffering, that I am lactose intolerant, I switched from milk products to oat milk. I typically purchase Silk brand’s original oat milk, but I also buy their creamy version, and other brands of oat milk. This machine does a good job of heating and frothing the oat milk, however, because it is quite a bit thicker than milk, it uses less oat milk in the automated process. This doesn’t bother me too much, because I typically use the latte macchiato function twice in a row to fill my coffee mug. Yeah, it is a healthy amount of espresso in the drink, but that can be adjusted. It does work with oat milk, and I prefer it that way. I have not tried it with soy milk, almond milk (might be a good choice given how thin it is), cashew milk, or other milk alternatives.I recently also thought I would try lactose-free Horizon organic milk, and it works as a normal milk product would. It froths a lot more than the oat milk does, so be prepared for a lot of foam. It tastes a lot like an espresso drink you would have at any coffee shop, other than Starbucks. Even using Starbucks espresso beans, it comes out slightly less perfect than they can do, but over significant use, it surely pays for itself and it is still darn delicious. One tip to mention is that when using pre-ground beans, make sure to close the lid after you load in one scoop. Don’t overfill it and don’t load it too early. When wanting to use pre-ground coffee beans, make sure to power up the machine and let it do the cleaning cycle first, before loading in the grounds. My machine doesn’t seem to do the pre-ground stuff as well as I’d like, and it has to do with the process. I am not sure why, but it will sometimes take two or three tries to get the machine to make it correctly, but once it does the first time, you can repeat the process in the same power cycle without issue. Load one scoop of grounds, close the lid, choose the drink, let the machine work. When it is done and you can select a new drink, repeat the process of loading the grounds, closing the lid, then choosing the drink.I’m not entirely sure I would buy this machine at full price, but if you see it on sale, it is a great deal. I think the regular price of this one versus a higher end one from Philips is only $100 or so in difference, and the higher end models, 4300, 5400, etc., offer more options. That can be important for some. On sale, with the milk carafe, it is a bargain and worth it for the first super-automatic espresso machine. I think the price to consider picking it up if money is an issue is the $650 or so price point. Amazon Prime Day’s deal was less than. Highly recommended.Made in RomaniaUPDATE: I have been using this espresso maker for some time now, and I still think it is a great buy, especially on sale. Everything has held up great since purchase. I thought it might be good to leave some additional thoughts. First, the issue when using ground coffee seems to be less so. I have only experienced issues with it twice since my last review. Second, the one new negative thing I have found is that it can be a little noisy when in use. That doesn’t stop me from recommending it, but if you need something super quiet, this might not be the one you want. And finally, don’t forget to clean out the cavity where the used grounds fall out of. I never thought to clean it and one day my wife noticed some mold smell coming from that area and I had to stick my hand in and clean it out as best I could. I use it daily and I clean that part about once a month, and that seems to be good for me, but also note that I live in the dryest region in the United States, so we don’t really have humidity to make the problem worse. That’s all. I still highly recommend it, especially when on sale!

How can someone not like this machine
the only dislike is lack of instructions for initial startup of this machine. Make sure and you tube an initial startup video before installing water reservoir and filter. Other than that, this machine is just amazing! I do not write reviews often (maybe my 2nd ever), but after making Capuchinos, lattes and so on…. I felt I just had too. No more high-priced coffee houses for me! This machine will pay for itself! Once you tweak your personal touch for your taste all is a go and that was not to terribly hard! I also ordered my preference of beans from Amazon (Italian roasted) and never looked back. If you enjoy full bodies drinks, then this machine is for you. Easy to clean, use and the milk froths itself. What a game changer, hit your setting and just sit back and watch!

Buy it now and you will never go to starbys again
Best automatic espresso maker so far. Makes a perfectly consistent espresso each time. Before the coronacation my office had a WMF espresso machine and this Phillips is the closest thing I’ve seen to it under $1k. The temperature is great, espresso comes out at about 140F and hot water is 160FThe steamer is easy to clean, there is a rubber gasket that presses against a plastic channel so no hose to worry about. I wasn’t impressed with the froth that it produced but I was using almond milk. There is no way to use a stem or only get steamed milk. You press latte macchiato or cappuccino and it puts the milk in first and then espresso. It only does the macchiato style which is milk first and espresso 2nd. When I first got the machine this seemed important but now I cannot remember why…The brew unit is easy to clean as well, it pops right out and you can rinse it and wipe it off and goes right back in. The drip tray has a little tab that pops up when full. It slides out easily along with the container of used pucks. When you turn it on it will run a bit of hot water though so the drip tray tends to fill quickly. I would recommend keeping it near a sink but it is fairly large and you have to load the beans from the top. There is about 18” clearance from the bottom of my cabinets to countertop and the machine is about 15” tall. The machine is fairly loud and it even vibrates the floor slightly while running. You are left with a sense of awe at its coffee smashing power. I bought the maintenance kit for it as well because with great power comes great responsibility. So what do I recommend? Start with a double espresso and then add macchiato. 3 shots of espresso with a little milk is perfect.

Coffee is good, customer service even better!
Tasted the coffee made by this machine, gave my keurig away and never looked back. There’s no contest! If you enjoy your coffee as much as I do, and I drink 3-4 cups a day, you must invest in one of these. There are fancier models out there, but I’m one of those that likes perfect balance between efforts require and results. Sure, there’s always room for the coffee to be even better and foam could be frothier, but if it’s too complicated, I will give up and won’t use it. This machine hits the sweet spot, and everyone in my family, wife and teenage kids, makes coffee with it everyday. Fewer trips to Starbucks paid for the machine in no time! After using it for 7 months, the machine suddenly won’t make a full cup of coffee. I thought it was the hard water in my house affected the machine, tried descaling but it didn’t help. Call customer service, very courteous and professional people. At first they couldn’t figure it out either, but one of their experts eventually figured out that it was caused by a defective part: one of the two o-rings in the machine. For good measure, they sent me replacement for both o-rings. The parts arrived in timely manner. Fixed the problem right away. Communications from customer service were great. The whole process was painless, got the parts within a week at no cost to me. Now I am back to enjoying great full cup of coffee!

Good Stay-at-Home Alternative to Coffee Shops
My wife and I bought this machine about 2 years ago, and it has held up nicely over time. It’s proven to be a simple, reliable alternative to going out to buy coffees and lattes from coffee shops, which is perfect since we work from home pretty much all the time. We’ve got 3 adults in our house and on average drink 5-6 total cups per day, and we so far haven’t run into any major problems. One issue I had at first was that the coffee wasn’t as strong as I was used to (I tend to like it pretty strong), but it’s still good coffee. You can make drinks stronger by adjusting how fine the grounds are with a little knob in the bean compartment at top, but I didn’t start messing with this until very recently. You can only adjust in small increments while the grinder is active to avoid damaging it.This machine is good for guests who want to make and customize their own individual drinks, though there is a small learning curve for first-time users. Once they know how to use it, they often comment how cool it is, and some have said they’d like to get one too (if it weren’t so expensive).Maintenance is fairly simple: You have to change the water filter every few months, rinse the easily removable “brew group” every week or two, and apply grease to it every couple months. The only problem I had was reinstalling the brew group for the first time (there’s a little yellow switch on the side that needs to be in the right position). There was also one time we didn’t change the water filter while the replacement light was flashing (it gave us plenty of notice; we just procrastinated too much), so we had to buy a special descaling fluid to clean it out before we could use it again.Yes, the machine can get loud, but I haven’t met a coffee grinder or latte maker that was quiet. This machine’s noise level seems pretty standard to me.There are a few little tricks to using and maintaining the machine so that you can get the most out of it, but so do most machines like this. Overall, I’d say it’s very easy to use and makes good drinks. The price is a bit high, and you also have to consider the added costs of buying whole-bean coffee and replacement water filters. But convenience like this often comes at a price, right? I would say it was worth it for us.

Replaced my Starbucks
I was skeptical that this machine would offer quality lattes and last. 3 months in and the machine is going strong. The interface is easy to figure out and and milk frother is so easy to use and clean. I have only had to clean the grinder once, which was remarkable easy. Overall very satisfied. A couple of things I do not like: they tray fills up with water quickly….not sure where it all comes from, but it needs to be emptied frequently. I cannot fit a larger Yeti under it, so I have to fill up a less tall (normal) coffee cup and dump it into my Yeti.

I was really wanting to replace my drip coffee machine with something all in one (espresso and drip) but I really couldn’t find what I wanted. I just decided to go with a fully automatic espresso since it makes regular coffee, just not drip. I did tons of research and compared lots of brands and models and for feedback from friends with similar machines. Landed on this one and so far I’m really happy. Really easy to set it all up. Took me maybe 10 minutes from unboxing to getting ready for the first cup. First cup was not great. Pretty watery. But the next one was absolutely perfect (latte). The regular coffee tastes fairly similar to drip so that’s great too. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase and I hope it lasts me a long time.

Simple but Delicious
This was steal last year when it was also half-off. Makes the most delicious coffee, whatever type is your thing. Literally the press of a couple of buttons. I did have to return it and get a free replacement when the grinder broke during the warranty period- but they had it back to us in a week. This is coffee-life changing:)

Bought for the lattes, keeping for the Americanos
Giving up coffee shops these past two years like so many of us, I’ve missed that perfect latte I used to get daily at Peet’s. I’ve experimented with a few different machines, but realized I’m not the type of consumer who wants to measure, pound, level, count, etc just to try to figure out a good, reliable drink. This machine is so simple after setup, has a few a strength adjust and volume adjust for each drink type, and does so consistently and simply once configured. I used the Peet’s whole bean roast, Major Dickenson’s, I bought from Costco to compare to my other machines. The flavor comes out smoother and less bitter, especially compared to my moka pot.The latte go attachment is very easy to clean, most the time I just rinse a few times with warm water. The milk is actually steamed and properly foamed unlike the countertop type machines that do heat and whisking, this uses the actual steam from the machine, but you don’t have to count or do anything but pour milk to the right line. Though I thought I would use this mostly for mochas and lattes, the americano is so good I’ve split my daily coffees about 50/50.I’d definitely buy the machine again with a few notes: the estimates on when to empty it and how often it needs water are definitely based on the espresso drinks like the latte – the coffee setting and the americano require more frequent filings. And you have to empty the grounds container closer to every 8 drinks when doing doubles, but it is very easy to do so, and no grounds all over my counter from tamping individual servings. Definitely a lovely at home all in one machine.

Great machine for the coffee enthusiast
I’ve had this machine now for 5 weeks, and am very impressed. First order of business: read the manual! A few settings (e.g temperature) are only alterable with the machine off, following specific instructions. And CLEAN THE BREW UNIT. A few recent negative reviews are the results of the owners neglecting to provide routine cleaning. A few tips:-The first few espresso shots will be watery disasters. This is expected.-I set the grind setting to 4 and have left it there. You can only move the grind setting while the machine is grinding.-Always rinse the glass with hot water prior to making a drink. The machine heats up very quickly (less than1 minute) and produces hot water near 180 degrees. After another 15 minutes, that will be closer to 190. However, pouring an espresso into a cold glass, you’ll see temperatures drop to ~130.-Pre-ground coffee doesn’t work as well, with weaker coffee. Stick to whole beans-The amounts dispensed for the “coffee” setting is 4, 6, 8 ounces. The max strength, 4 ounce coffee is my personal favorite.-Keep an eye out for Amazon Warehouse deals. I purchased this for a significant savings via Amazon Warehouse, and the unit appeared to be new with no signs of prior use.-Register the product on Philips. I was offered a free extended warranty. Haven’t had the need to use it, however. All in all, go for it!

Fantastic, but be patient
We had a Saaeco Magic for 20 years. This is very similar but improved. It is now working perfectly, however at first it was giving us mud for pucks and imperfect shots. What fixed it was following instructions to the letter and then moving grind setting to coarsest setting doing a few shots, move to finest setting while it’s grinding. Then repeat. It took at least 3 of these adjustments and and wasting 20-30 shots. We did this over several days, as we were trying to figure it out. I am sure most work perfect out of the box, but try this if yours is giving you trouble

Lattes are where its at…
Im a pretty simple guy and was happy with the Ninja coffee maker. I truley try to make my wife happy by buying her what she wants (not working) and she really was convinced that latte and espresso drinking was her new thing. I bought this Phillips device because I read that tbe cleaning was easy (no “tubes” to worry about), had a cermaic coffee grinding head which is durable, a milk frother** that automaticlly integrates the milk foam into the pre-selected coffee drinks that require it and had a fairly small lhysical footprint and a relativley small price tag. I love it. The wife js back to just makibg the standard cup of coffee, which is a pre-select option, but I am a daily lattee fiend with an occasional plain espresso shot. The Ninja had a milk frother but it didnt integrate the froth into the coffee drink like the Phillips one does and the froth wasnt warmed up (unless you warmed the milk on you own). I also love how I/we can broaden the coffee choice by purchasing whole beans and all you do is dump the beans iinto the hopper and your done. The machibe also truley makes espresso correctly by compressing the coffee grounds into a “puck” while pushibg coffee through. Beinf able to make lattes. Americanos and machiatos so easily has made me a daily fan of these drinks.BIGGEST CONS – for this model you cant just froth milk which to me is crazy. The volume of coffee the machine produces for just a normal cup of coffee is small so I have to choose the “two cup” coffee setting and then run it again for a “single” cup. You can easily adjust the volume of eater, intensity of coffee and amount of froth from the preset amounts but the machine should revert back to the preselects after the drink is made. This would make snense because you may make an odd adjustment for many reasons and then forget what the preselects were. Thanks

Makes delicious coffee drinks easily
I love this machine! It makes it so easy to make delicious coffee drinks. The milk froth is so good. I do wish it had an option to froth milk without having to make a full drink, mostly for the times when I decide I want more froth than what I originally picked. Really, my only con so far has been that it takes a long time to boot up. I was disappointed when Amazon showed me that there’s an iced coffee version (under the same model number!), but we like the Americano so much more than the coffee option that I wouldn’t have wanted to forego the Americano drink for iced coffee since a cappuccino (made as 3 beans, 1 water, 3 froth) over six ice cubes works just fine to make an iced coffee.

IN LOOOOVE
I cannot overstate how much I absolutely LOVE this machine. I’ve had it roughly 3 weeks now and I use it 2-3x a day. It is simply a dream. I bought flavored syrups and I have been a coffee making fool! I’ve made both hot and iced coffees and I’m so so SO happy I made this purchase! I have wanted something like this for quite a while. The maintenance is a breeze! Everything is easily rinsed or washed by hand. I have yet to put anything in the dishwasher and likely never will just because that kind of intense heat can warp even heavy duty plastic over time. Not to mention, it takes me 5 mins to rinse and wash all of the components so why would I wait for a 2hr dishwasher cycle to finish??Adjusting the grinder down to the finest level was easy, only took a few brews. If you are at all nervous about this purchase, I suggest a YouTube deep dive. That is what I did, and I was aware of every pro and con people have had and was able to decide it was the machine for me.I will say, if you are suuuuuper particular about your coffee/foam then this is not for you. This is for the person who loves yummy coffee and is tired of paying coffee shop prices. I personally use coconut milk in the frother and it works wonderfully. I have also tried oatmilk and regular milk. All work about the same. Warm/room temp milk will of course froth more. I saw a few people mention that the beans have to be a particular “non-waxy” brand so maybe do your research on what to buy there. If for some ungodly reason things go pear shaped, I’ll update this review.

Amazing machine
I used to weigh my beans, grind them up, tamp a puck, presoak, extract for 30 seconds, steam my own milk…It was fun for a while but then I realized I’m spending more time playing as a barista and less time enjoying my coffee. The answer: super-automatic espresso/coffee machines.Just push a button and you have world class espresso in a few seconds. It’s consistent every single time. In fact the only thing I would comment about to new owners is that the machine GETS BETTER OVER TIME. Especially the first hundred cups. When I first got the machine it was not grinding perfectly and the pucks were loose and watery. I saw some suggestion on their website to let the machine settle in for a hundred cups. Here I am at cup number 70 and it’s already producing some of the best espresso/cappuccino/latte I’ve ever had. This unit, the 3200 + Lattego, was the perfect entryway for me into the world of superautomatics. When it comes time to upgrade I’ll probably be able to share my old one with my sister or brother. It’s a Philips brand. Needless to say when I do upgrade in a few years I’ll be staying within the Philips and Saeco branding.

Don’t believe the naysayers
Thing has been a game changer for us for over a year. Cleaning is literally just taking parts out and rinsing. Many components are dishwasher safe. READ THE MANUAL BEFORE USING AND USE THE RIGHT TYPE OF COFFEE BEANS AND YOU WILL BE FINE.

Best quality for price
I love this machine. Once you get the set up down it’s very user friendly. The coffee tastes so fresh. I’ve mastered my drink at home and will be saving a lot of money by not going to the coffee shop.

Great Coffee, Easy to Use: A Review of the Philips 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine
I’m a huge coffee lover, and I recently purchased the Philips 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its performance and ease of use. This machine makes delicious coffee drinks, from strong espresso to creamy lattes. The built-in grinder ensures fresh grounds for every cup, and the adjustable settings allow you to customize the strength and flavor to your liking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the espresso – it’s bold and flavorful, without any bitterness. The Philips 3200 is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive touchscreen interface makes it easy to select your desired drink and adjust the settings. The machine also does a great job of automatically cleaning itself, which saves me a lot of time and effort.

Used acceptable was great experience
Ordered a used acceptable unit for a deeply discounted price.. Was expecting the worse. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a brand new unit in perfect condition. Was only missing factory box. Initial impressions after setting it up and running it through a couple of times I made my first cup to drink. It’s pretty good. Id say comparable to Starbucks. I’m happy with my purchase as of right now. I’ll use it for a couple of days and update.

Press the button, it makes the coffee
I bought this as a Prime Day deal, and I’ve had it for several weeks now. It is the absolute best for “set it and forget it” espresso drinks. If you set the machine up properly, it will make great espresso, cappuccino, and americano. The LatteGo feature is great. No need to use a steam arm and a pitcher. Just pour the milk in, and you can’t screw it up. The only drawbacks I have which are minor for the most part) are I wish the machine had a larger water reservoir and bean hopper. After about two months, I’m very happy with the machine.

So glad we finally did this!
I love the way this machine so easily blends drinks for me. My morning usual now is an Americano topped with a cappuccino. So smooth with the espresso beans that I use. No need for 2 morning cups. This does the trick!Easy to clean! It actually clears its own tract so when turning it off or on it is best to slide a cup under the spout to catch the wash out. The pull out tray makes it so easy to get rid of the excess water and the grounds (which we compost). Yes, we clean it and refill the water tank after every mornings use. If you are too lazy to do that then don’t bother getting this. However, for us it is simply heaven.

The last coffee maker you’ll need to buy. Premium coffee drinks!
After visiting family and using their built in Miele automatic espresso machine, the hunt was on for a cheaper alternative for our own home. I noticed on their machine, cleaning it was incredibly inconvenient. I was tasked with descaling the machine over the week we were visiting. Additionally cleaning the milk tube was annoying. The lattego feature on the 3200 is a must, and is extremely easy to clean. I also like having the option to put it in the fridge for the next day. We use to own a Nespresso pod thing, but I thought the coffee was really expensive and the pod waste was ridiculous. This machine when using whole beans is like less than 25 cents a puck. The Nespresso machine was like a 1.10 a pod. In the four months that we have owned it, it has already paid for itself. You can totally compost with the used pucks too. Such a great way to treat yourself especially if you don’t have the time to go to a coffee shop to get a one. Yes it is loud, but most machines that grind, pack, pull, brew, discard and self clean will make nearly as much if not more noise than this machine. You can’t beat it on price either. I combined this purchase with applying to the amazon credit card and got 15 months of zero percent financing and a 100 dollar gift card for being accepted. So this was a great way to freely offset the payments. I have lubricated the brew group twice. I don’t think this is super intuitive. I had to watch the 40 second video that shows all the parts being lubricated a few times each time I did it. Small grip is it only pours like 6 oz. each time. I usually make 2 or 3 for the really big cups I own. No big deal, just press the button twice. It doesn’t have the hugest puck bin or drip tray, so you empty it regularly, which is a reasonable concession for everything else you get.

Great coffee, easy and convenient
I bought this for easily making coffee, from whole beans, one cup at time. This does that REALLY well for a fully automatic machine! The Americano is good but maybe a tad too watered down for my taste The rest of the clan seems to like the Latte and Cappuccino options – and the way it does steamed milk is quite impressive (if you’re into that).Im not a fan of straight up espresso, so I haven’t tried that (although, I have used it to add an espresso shot to a single large coffee for a really bold cup).Easy to clean, easy access to fill water tank and empty the used grounds.Wish the water tank was bigger.

Game changer
This was my first espresso machine type purchase. I am coming from traditional coffee makers and Keurigs….This machine was totally worth the money. I’m still learning the intricacies, but overall it’s easy to use and makes great coffee. The automatic milk froth component is very nice to have on mornings when we are in a rush. I do wish there was an attachment where you could froth your own if you wanted to do so, but most mornings I would not have enough time anyway. My husband drinks decaf so I leave the hopper filled with my choice of caffeinated bean and he uses the compartment for ground coffee. Works great for our purposes. I wish the maker would accommodate a larger tumbler, more pre ground coffee and had more programmable features. Although there are a few minor areas for improvement, overall I am very satisfied and would purchase again.

Great for home coffee bar
I got this on a black Friday sale at a heavy discount, and for that it’s a steal, since at full price it is quite expensive.First the cons:water tank, bean hopper, and puck bin are pretty small and becomes a part of daily usage. The drink offerings could have a couple more – maybe a normal latte, or something else.Thats it. I love it. Easy, good coffee made with it and very nice to have a few options so easily made in the morning.

Worth every penny
I honestly don’t know how this machine only has four stars. I bought it for Christmas 2022 for my husband, and we use it every single day multiple times a day. It’s so easy and the fact that it’s fully automatic is awesome. I’ve never had a mechanical issue. The price compared to other high-end espresso makers is great as well.

Highly recommend
Makes a perfect cup of coffee/latte! I love that it grinds the beans for each cup and that I can walk away while it makes it. Super easy to use and clean. It is loud but that hasn’t been a problem for me.

I get the coffee I want at any time, love it.
I love that I can have any coffee at any time I want. I don’t have to go to a coffee house to get a latte or cappuccino. I first started to use a coffee maker like this at my son’s house in June. I fell in love with it and as soon as I got home Prime day was here and I took advantage of it and got this baby for 200$ off. I got so lucky. We opened it up and turned it on and have not stopped using it since. I was even going to quit coffee before we bought this and now I can’t go for 12 hours without a latte or cappacino. It makes whatever you want and it is soooo good. I love it and I love the coffee that it makes. Great coffee maker that I would recommend every one to buy if you like latte’s or cappuccino’s. My hubby likes plain coffee and says it makes a great cup of plain coffee as well.

Coffee Is So Good!!!
It literally makes a delicious cappuccino. My wife said she actually lost her taste for Dunken and Bucks. It may have saved me money while making awesome coffee. Big fan. Hope it never breaks with that price tag. It’s an addiction at this point.
